Pet care experience
Took care of neighbor's dog while away, as well as relative's puppies and dogs for weekends at a time. Previously lived with two small/medium dogs while trying to teach them fun tricks! I now have a corgi/terrier mix that has been a part of the family for almost 3 years and loves every second of it. I've also taken care of friends' dogs for weekends at time who suffer severe glaucoma in the eyes as well as back arthritis. Tending to each individual dog's needs are of utmost importance to me. Though sensitive to the surroundings, we can still find ways for a dog to have fun and enjoy their time with me. I love learning about and meeting new dogs and finding ways to make them happy. Playing with dogs and tiring them out through fun is an activity I enjoy often.

We had to look for outside care for the first time since we've had our anxious senior dog while we were away for a long weekend, which makes for pretty anxious dog owners. Thankfully, Dan put all our fears at ease. He was consistently timely and professional. In addition to being somebody who is obviously great with dogs, he is also extremely conscientious in what he does. He was very responsive and communicative both before and during our time away. He is definitely our top choice for any future bookings.
Dan was easy to work with, came through in the last minute, and Hershey thoroughly enjoyed himself. Great experience all around!!
Daniel was fantastic with my Harley. Harley just lost her life mate of 14 years and was significantly stressed. Daniel took time to comfort her and paid lots of attention to her. I was prepared to return home at anytime during my trip if Harley was not doing well, but Daniel did such a great job with her I was comforted that I left her in good hands. I am planning to use Daniel again in July if he is available. I highly recommend Daniel.
Daniel did a great job. He was always reliable and took care to review how our arrangement was to work. He related well to Oliver, so that Oliver came to anticipate his arrival and look forward to it. It was a pleasure to see his cheerful face each time he arrived to walk Oliver, and his three weeks of walking Oliver helped us tremendously.

A typical day
I like to take dogs for walks in the neighborhood or on trails if there's one nearby. If the dog has toys he/she particularly likes I try to engage fun activities with it. I give a solid belly rub and most dogs seem to enjoy it from me.

Availability
I'm generally available most times of the day during the week if planned ahead of time. I take my dog out at least 3 times a day and since I work from home I'm available to walk dogs with a flexible schedule.
