Experienced trainer and sitter
I've been caring and training for dogs since childhood - my parents bred Dobermans and I learned to handle them from a very early age. I've never thought to do this professionally, but as life would have it everyone wanted to know who my dog trainer was when I had my own while living in New York. Before I knew it I was running a dog walking, training and sitting service in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Bushwick K9 went on for over 10 years, until I packed up and decided to explore beautiful Berlin. When your dog stays over you can count on experienced, responsible service. I can accommodate just about any personality/behavior your doggo might have and specialize in reactive dogs - though all are welcome :)

Lola spent another full day at Daniel‘s house, inkl. breakfast and dinner. I thought, a day that long away from me would be hard for her - but no. Not with Daniel. She had an amazing day with love, calmness, walks and cuddles. Daniel is also a fantastic trainer, Lola has made great progress only thanks to him. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter/trainer to watch my girl. 💕
My dog Emil has been staying with Daniel for a couple of days now throughout the week and is very happy to see him everytime we come around. Emil is still nervous in the city and not the fondest of strangers so I was looking for someone with experience and a calm energy and I found that in Daniel! Communication is always easy and relaxed and Daniel was even able to take care of Emil despite his health problems. We are very happy to have found him! :)
Lola is an anxious dog. Even leaving her with people she knows is sometimes stressful for her. She also cannot stay at home alone, she will panic. We met Daniel on Rover and from day one he has been patient, very forthcoming and he answered all my questions. We talked on the phone first, then went on a walk together with Lola so he could meet her. I’m not sure a lot of other people would take the extra time out of their day to do that. On the 28th Lola stayed with Daniel for the first time. I thought I’d get a call from Daniel within the first 15 minutes to pick up Lola again, because it’s too stressful for her - as was agreed in that case. As it turns out, Lola had a fantastic time!!! When I picked her up, she was happy. When we left Daniel’s house, she kept turning around, looking for him. Lola had rules at Daniel’s house and that was the best training for her. Daniel is also a trainer and gives valuable insight and feedback. I have talked to other trainers before, no one has given me any tips for free. Daniel has! We’re going to stick with Daniel as long as he’ll have us!
Daniel is a real gemstone for dogs and their owners. He has a patient and calm personality which was perfect for my dog who is new to the city. My dog felt safe with him while walking. He gave her the space and care she needed at all times. I got updates about her, so I could concentrate on my things. It will not be the last time they saw each other.

Programa
My friend Rita partially helps me with the easy dogs. Rita works half office, half home and is mainly located in Neukölln /Kreuzberg. I only work with dogs so I'm happy to keep your dogs schedule same as it is when you're here - so you don't come home to radically different schedule expectations-, or to simply give your dog a nice relaxing holiday if that's what you'd prefer

We live in a quiet part of Prenzlauerberg, Rita also has a space in Neukölln/ Kreuzberg with many small green areas around and a short 20 minute walk from Mauerpark (or Hasenheide, if in Neukölln). This way I can accommodate both dogs who'd rather not deal with other dogs, as well as the ones who crave for social interaction and play time.

There is no typical day here - my schedule would depend entirely on your dogs needs in order to provide the most enriching experience :)
