Hi! My name is Daniel, and I’d love to offer my services to anyone who needs reliable, compassionate care for their pets. I have over 10 years of experience working with animals, including 2 years as a kennel technician. I also currently work as a dog daycare attendant at Stone Mountain Pet Lodge. Caring for pets has always been a passion of mine, and I take pride in making sure every animal feels safe, loved, and comfortable. A little about me: My dog Penelope (as shown in the photo) and I moved to Minnesota last year to help my sister and nephew during a challenging time. It wasn’t long after moving that we knew we found home in this wonderful state and eventually met my wonderful partner who I now live with alongside our 3 pets. I hold a master degree in Film Production and currently work freelance in that field as well. Rover allows me the flexibility to pursue both my passions in film and pet care equally. At the moment, I’m offering house sits, dog walks, drop-ins and boarding to ensure your furry friends are cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, or just some extra love and attention, I’ll make sure they’re happy and well-looked after. I also love tailoring my visits to meet the specific needs and personality of each pet—because every animal deserves individualized care. Daniel was communicative, kind, and thorough in taking care of our dog and cat. He made sure to get all the info he needed and even washed the sheets after house sitting! While we were halfway across the world, we felt totally at ease with him taking the helm for us. His thoughtfulness and professionalism are just a few of the reasons we will definitely book him again.
Was very confident and reassuring when it came to caring for our two cats.
Daniel was great with watching our dogs while we were on vacation. This was our first time using Rover and he definitely put our minds at ease. He was very prompt and reliable.
Daniel took great care of Summit and Elphaba! Summit is an older girl and he didn't use that as an excuse to not get her moving. Elphaba is a cheeky Mexican green conure who is picky a out who she likes. She took to Daniel and had a great time! I'll definitely look for Daniel in the future!
We scheduled a meet and greet as an hour drop in. Daniel was very attentive and asked all the right questions! We will be scheduling drop ins with him while we are on our trip. He very much wanted to ensure all the right things and wanted to stick to our routine as much as possible. Looking forward to the care he provides while we're away!

I currently make my own schedule with various gig work here and there in my field of film production. While that’s in delay, I have full availability any day of the week.

A typical day
For my dog Penelope, her favorite thing to do is play fetch! If your dog is the same we will have a great time exercising with a good game of it! If they prefer a more relaxed life style I will be sure to give them plenty of attention with lots of pets. Or maybe we can even work on some new tricks to keep them mentally stimulated!
