Dan is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, and it’s so clear how much he genuinely loves animals. He always takes the time to understand each pet’s needs and personality, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy at all times. His fun, bubbly, and excitable energy makes pets naturally warm to him straight away. At the same time, he's wonderfully patient and calm, which is so reassuring, especially for more nervous animals. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing pets are in such responsible and loving hands.
