We’re Daniel and Alida, a friendly and responsible couple based in Hastings, offering a caring and attentive dog-sitting service. As experienced dog owners and lifelong dog lovers, we understand how important it is for your furry family member to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes and tailor our care to their individual needs. Whether your pup is energetic and enjoys playtime at the park or prefers a more relaxed day indoors, we’re happy to accommodate their routine. We work from home most of the time, ensuring that one of us is always around to provide companionship and supervision. We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off times, and last-minute bookings can often be arranged, just get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Feel free to reach out with any questions, we’d love to meet your pup! Additional note: Senior dogs with special needs, such as requiring potty breaks more frequently than every three hours will be charged in line with the puppy rate.

Daniel and Alida looked after Luna with great kindness and gentle care. Luna was very shy but gradually became more relaxed with their patience. I would definitely use them again.
Absolutely lovely people, this was the first time I have left my little girl with anyone so I was obviously worried how Misty would do , lol I need not have worried as she was cared for excellently and I was kept up to date with regular messages and photos 😃 I would absolutely leave her with these lovely people again with no hesitation whatsoever 😃 I am so grateful to them for Misty’s care
The girls love Daniel, Alida and the beautiful George. When we get onto the road they pull towards their door with all their might! We get constant updates of them chilling and living their best lives. I know they can’t wait to be back.
Daniel,Alida and they’re french bulldog (George) are without a doubt the best possible bunch to leave your dog with you can tell they genuinely love being around dogs and they take care of them perfectly i have an English bulldog (Bubba) and as some may know they’re quite a bit more to take care of but they absolutely smashed it they were sending me videos and pictures of bubba playing, eating and sleeping everyday and she came back really happy and clean so I would recommend Daniel,Alida and George 110% they really are the perfect dog sitters.
Just used Daniel to look after Arlo again. Arlo came back a very happy boy and we were updated throughout his stay with videos and timings of when he was fed.
My husband and I decided to have a holiday for the first time in six years I can’t lie I was so nervous about leaving Hector but honestly Daniel,Alida and their most handsome doggy George were Amazing !!!! We were given constant updates including fabulous videos and photos which really helped . He settled really well and they really care for your dog like they are part of there family.I cannot recommend them enough!!

Schedule
I’m working remotely full time, which means I’ll always be at home (unless I’m travelling for work, but in that case there won’t be availability in the calendar).

Safety, trust & environment
Happy to follow the owner’s instructions on how they wish their dog to be cared for, whether crated or on the couch. The house has a big garden pups can play in safely.

A typical day
The day will be spent with a mix of play time, rest time, cuddle time and walk time. We live very close to Alexandra Park and the beach.
