Max had an awesome time at doggy day care with Daniel and Angela while I was working out of state! 🐾 Their home is so warm and welcoming—it’s the perfect pup retreat. They treated Max like one of their own and sent us thoughtful updates throughout the day (which totally made my day!). Max was all smiles when we picked him up and seemed pretty proud of himself for making new buddies—Barley and Greta, their two sweet terriers. They even let us know how much he ate, which this dog mom really appreciated. 10/10 would book again—Max gives them two paws up! 🐶💛
Our dogs were obviously well taken care of. Great back yard for dogs to play in and very clean house.

I cannot recommend Dan highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear that they genuinely love animals. They treated my dogs as if they were their own—with so much care, attention, and affection. My pups can be a little shy with new people, but they absolutely adore Dan. Tail wags and happy barks every time they show up! It's such a relief to leave home knowing my dogs are not only well cared for but genuinely enjoy their time with someone who truly enjoys hanging out with my ladies. He sends regular updates and photos throughout their stay with him and he's always quick to respond when I get in touch. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and responsible to watch your dogs, look no further. Dan is a awesome and me and my pups are so lucky to have found them!

Schedule
I served as the Dean of Students at Birmingham-Southern College until it closed. Since then, I've pivoted out of higher education and now work from home and have a flexible schedule. My wife also works from home, so we'll both cater to the needs of your pup and care for them like they were members of our own dog family. We do not have children, so our focus will be on your four-legged companion.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a home in Southside near UAB with a fully fenced-in backyard, including a doggie door! We have two pups of our own, Barley & Greta, who love having friends visit. Barley is on the older side, but Greta is 2 years old and loves to play play play! We're close to Glen Iris School and UAB, so our walks are relaxing and have plenty of opportunities for fetch.

Walks around the UAB campus are how we love to spend our days. New sights, new smells, and loads of students excited to see happy dogs on campus.
