I’ve worked with dogs of all ages and temperaments through my three years volunteering at animal shelters, from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra patience and care. I’m confident handling feeding routines, administering medications, cleaning up messes, and making sure each dog feels safe and loved. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or just some calming company, I tailor my care to each dog’s needs. My Zoology studies also give me an edge in understanding canine behavior, which helps me build trust with even the shyest pups.

I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any specific needs, and I always follow client instructions closely. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment, free from hazards, with lots of love, playtime, and supervision. I also pay close attention to behavior and health changes, and I’m confident handling feeding, medication, and cleanup. I treat every pet like my own and every home with respect.

Danica was wonderful! She housesat and took care of our two dogs for 8 days, checked in with me regularly with photos, and took great care of dogs and house. She’s extremely reliable, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. I would definitely book her again!
Danica took great care of both my dog, Stella, and our house during her home stay. She communicated regularly and sent photo updates. She was home regularly to let Stella out, play with her, and feed her. The house was spotless upon our return and Stella seemed happy as can be. I definitely recommend booking with Danica and hope to have her come stay with Stella again!
Danica took great care of our animal crew- including chickens! We felt at ease while we were out of town knowing our pets and our home were taken care of.

Schedule
Pet care is a big part of my weekly routine and something I genuinely enjoy. I plan my schedule around the pets I care for to make sure they get consistent attention and love. Since I’m a student I have flexible hours in the summer, I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits or walks throughout the week and on weekends. I’m happy to adjust my routine to meet your pet’s specific needs and keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable.
