I recently closed my brick & mortar business of 15 years and am new to the area, Therefore I have all the availability and focus for your loved ones. If you travel often, I can be a consistent sitter for your pets as opposed to having to find someone new or juggle a few sitters based on their availability.

A typical day
In addition to the usual schedule you provide for your pet, I tailor activities on each dog’s personality and energy level. For the more anxious pups, I spend quiet time sitting nearby, offering calm company and gentle reassurance. I'm happy brush dogs, make treats or just relax in the sun with all dogs. For dogs that need more stimulation, I might take them to the river to cool off, meet up with other dog friends for a play date or toss toys in the backyard (I love the Chuckit). The day is a balance of playtime, cuddles, and making sure every dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I also make sure to send owners updates and photos so they know how their pup is doing and can feel at ease while they’re away.

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats (and birds, rabbits, fish and farm animals). I started dog sitting 20+ years ago. It wasn't something I advertised, instead people asked me because I was a responsible and independent young adult. As I got older and my career took off, pet sitting was something I would do to supplement my income/ and be connected to animals without having the full responsibility that comes with owning a dog. I have experience with breeds and personalities of every kind and understand above all else it's what's most important to any dog is that they feel safe and that they can trust the person they're with.

Faith was well taken care of and I received pictures and updates from Danica which I appreciated!! Faith was relaxed and happy when we arrived home! I felt completely comfortable and relaxed with Danica taking care of Faith, knowing she was in good hands!
Danica was wonderful! She took such great care of our cat while we were away for a week. She was able to connect with our cat who is notoriously shy and can take days to come out of hiding. Would recommend her to anyone, especially someone with a shy/anxious kitty.
Danica was awesome! Our pups loved her and she took amazing care of them while we were out of town. Would definitely recommend her as a sitter!
