For over fiftteen years, I’ve cared for animals of all kinds, helping people feel at ease and worry free while they’re away from their beloved companions. My background includes volunteering at local animal shelters, shadowing veterinarians, while studying for a veterinary technician license. I also have hands on experience managing the daily care of an equine facility that housed a variety of livestock. I’m confident handling feeding, walking, exercising, administering medications, treating wounds, and working with animals that may be considered challenging. Caring for animals isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. Whether I’m in your home or out on an adventurous stroll with your furry (or non-furry) friends, I create a positive, safe, and comfortable environment. My top priority is ensuring they are well cared for and feel secure, acting as a dependable and loving stand in until you return. I am also fully insured. I also work for a company that has multiple, reliable sitters on standby. If interested in getting on the waiting list for that please let me know. When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I follow the care plan and daily schedule we’ve agreed upon to keep things as familiar as possible for them. I handle feeding, exercise, and grooming just as you would, while also providing companionship and comfort. I’m respectful of your space and keep it tidy, and I maintain open communication, sending updates, photos, or videos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and stress free until you return.

Danielle has been staying in my apartment continuously over the past three years for a variety of trip lengths- overnight up to 2 weeks. While I am away, she takes care of my animals and keeps the house tidy. She has formed a bond with my animals and I no longer dread going away on trips! Danielle is a wonderful pet sitter. :)
I have had Danielle pet /house sit for me for 2 years. She is a very responsible young woman & you can see how much she really loves my babies. When i go away, I feel totally comfortable that my home & pets are very well taken care of. Again, I would highly recommend her.,
Dani is extremely reliable and conscientious. I trust her with my pets and my home. She's very loving and caring and would be an excellent choice if you need someone to watch your babies.
Dani has been staying in our home with our dog while we travel for the last 18 months. During this time she has been with our dog for long weekends and also 2 week long stays. She has developed a bond with our dog and is always very respectful of our home. Our dog was rescued when older and does have some issues, she does not cozy up to many people, but I have seen her become comfortable with Dani. When we have had other people watch our dog we have been “punished” when we returned home, but this has never happened after Dani has stayed with her, that for us is the confirmation Dani is doing a wonderful job!
