Home from home for your pet
I've always been around animals and I love pets. I had a rescue dog for 10 years (in my profile photo). He had health needs and was my constant companion. I understood having him what it was like to go away and feeling vulnerable in wondering how he would be when I was gone. I was super lucky to have some amazing friends who minded him so well and sent me photos of him looking delighted with himself! I now have a lab/collie and I also have a cat that I rescued as a kitten. She lives outside and comes in for naps. Scout plays a lot in our large garden and comes in to the living room as well to hang out. I live near a beautiful turlough and there are also woodlands nearby that are great for walks. Your dog can have lots of lovely outdoor time, or if they need to be inside and kept cosy, that's also totally fine. I work from home and am very happy to have a pet set up on a nice bed or blanket near me. My last dog had a lot of health issues and sometimes needed to just rest, so I am used to giving meds/keeping a close eye/ creating a little nest for them to relax.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dani as a responsible, loving and dedicated pet caregiver. She looked after her wonderful little dog Alfie so well - Alfie had medical issues and required a lot of dedicated care which Dani handled so well. He was a very happy, well-looked after dog throughout his life, with all his needs covered and he absolutely thrived. Dani is a very responsible, conscientious person who gives every task her 100%, she is a wonderful care-giver.
I have seen Dani with both dogs and cats. She is very caring and loving towards them. Dani also understands animals with complex needs and medication support. I would highly recommend Dani as a pet sitter.
Dani took great care of Bella! I got multiple photos, updates on how she was settling in & all the things she was doing. She came home calm & relaxed which is really appreciated as she can be stressed after boarding. So it was nice that it didn't happen this time. Thanks so much Dani!
Dani is a genuinely kind and empathetic person who shared a close and loving bond with her dog, Alfie, and her cat, Fia. Dani showed remarkable patience and clearly took great joy in caring for them. When Dani looked after our two cats during our holiday, it gave us real peace of mind. She is dependable, attentive, and very caring, with plenty of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I would highly recommend Dani as a pet minder. She is trustworthy, practical, conscientious, and has a true love of animals.
Dani was the most dedicated dog owner I've ever known Her own dog was amazingly well trained and so loved. Dani is incredibly kind, patient, AND organized. I'd leave my dog/cats/child with her any time.

Schedule
I will be working from home and will have afternoons off so I have a lot of time to hang out with your pet. I feed our pets in the morning and evening. They have loads of outdoor space to run around in and we spend time each day playing ball or going for walks on the turlough. If the weather is bad they come inside and can relax in the living areas. Scout, the female lab collie is super friendly and would love company so your dog will have a very willing play buddy if they want that! Or if they are senior/need space, I can put them in their own area to chill out! I am happy to match their normal routine so that they get whatever they need to feel safe and happy. If that's certain types of exercise or games, I am very happy to accommodate them. Scout usually gets a treat to chew in the evenings when we sit down together, so if your pet has a favourite treat, I will include them in this and make them feel at home!

There is a large garden, I will be very vigilant with watching the pets wherever they are and making sure that they are safe and happy. Dogs are allowed on the rugs and couch, they will have lots of affection and will be treated as part of the family!

There is lots of outdoor space to run around in and we spend time each day playing ball or going for walks on the turlough. There is also a local woodland with lovely walks that I go to frequently as well.
