Animal Behavior Student 🐾🦮
I am a college student majoring in animal behavior. I have lived with dogs my whole life, and for the past 7 years I have gained experience as a volunteer service dog puppy raiser. I have raised 5 labradors/goldens from 8 weeks to 18 months, in addition to training and puppy sitting 40+ other dogs on their path to become guide dogs for the blind. I have experience living with an 18 year old senior pug/beagle cross and giving medications to dogs. I have also trained other breeds such as poodles outside of the guide dog program, and have worked with mastiffs, great pyrenees, catahoula leopard dogs, and more!

I would love to care for your dog in your own home where they are totally comfortable with their routine and environment! I have lived with dogs my entire life and puppysat over 50 future service dogs, and I would love to meet your dog too!

Danelle is super nice and kept our young Golden Retriever very active and entertained while we were away for the weekend! She sent pictures throughout the whole weekend, which we loved!! We will definitely be using Danelle again!!
When I could book Danelle to take care of my dog and/or old cat I knew I would be able to go on vacation and not worry about them. She is very conscientious about their needs, not just food and walks but caring attention. Trusting someone in your home and more importantly with your pet is a big deal- Danelle is fabulous!
Danelle took such great care of my two boxers. She made sure that my elder one had his daily medication. As well as comforting my anxious puppy. She is very safe with them and took extra attention for them.
Danelle has a great rapport with dogs. I've seen her care for young puppies through senior dogs through her involvement as a Guide Dog for the Blind puppy raising volunteer, and dog sitter in high school. Daily walks, overnight care, longer term sitting, and, (through GDB) months-long care of puppies or older dogs. Providing "Pawsitive" care, the dogs learn quickly that she can be trusted and they seem to enjoy their day, are relaxed in her care, and happy to play, walk, or settle. She's able to manage giant, large, and small breeds, and will maintain your house rules for your dog if there are overnight or other longer-term sitting requests. She is also a person of good character: honest, responsible, timely, trustworthy, and caring, and has transportation. Would love for her to still be in my area!
Danelle is amazing! She was so patient with my fearful dog and attentive to her needs, while also making sure my other dog got plenty of exercise. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I am currently a college student studying animal behavior, and besides classes, I have a very flexible schedule to care for your pets! I am free most evenings and weekends.
