Your Best Friend’s New Best Friend
I’ve always had animals around me for as long as I can remember. Dogs especially – they’ve been a part of my life since I was a little girl. When I was studying architecture at university, I adopted my own pup (literally scooped him up off the street as a puppy – love at first sight!). After moving to London (sadly, without him), I started helping out by looking after other people’s dogs. It didn’t take long to realize how much joy and energy they bring into my life. Being around dogs just makes everything better – it’s like a little piece of home wherever I go.

I live in a spacious apartment right across from Hackney Wick Station. Victoria Park is just a 10-minute walk away, and the canal is even closer—only about 4 minutes on foot. With such lovely spots nearby, our walks are sure to be enjoyable and refreshing.

Danae looked after our whippet Indie for 9 days and we couldn’t be happier with how it went! She was super responsive to any messages and kept us updated throughout Indie’s stay. It looks like Indie had a great time and we felt so relaxed knowing Danae was looking after our pup!
Danae is a star! Honestly I contacted her very last minute after being let down with prior arrangements for Blue and she was so helpful and accommodating, I could really enjoy my holiday because I knew Blue was okay! ❤️ She updated me everyday even if I couldn’t respond due to connection issues, takes her time to really understand your dog and she was amazing with Blue! Hahaha he struggled to leave on collection 👌🏽 Amazing!!!
Our dog Tito really enjoyed his time with Danae and it was his first time being with someone completely new. Danae has been amazing for giving updates and daily breakdowns of the day I highly recommend booking her again. Communication is perfect couldn't ask for anything more. I'm just glad that Tito enjoyed his time with her.
Danae is a great pet carer. She clearly loves dogs and understands them well. Mochi seemed to have had a great time with Danae. Danae communicated well, and was responsive to any messages.
