I possess roughly 20 years of pet care experience spanning cats, dogs, farm, aquatic and amphibious animals. I believe all animals deserve respect and love, especially while their life is slightly out of whack- family is out of town, or maybe they’re not in their normal home environment. I’m naturally an empathetic person, my heart certainly goes out to people, but even more so to animals in a time of need.

Providing in-home services: I can pop into the home as often as needed, or I am willing to reside in the home if need be. I’m also willing to care for your pet in my home, although they would need to be introduced to my cats first.

Dana stayed in our home with our precious LJ who gets insulin, pill and eye drops each morning and evening. She was amazing! Dana sent daily reports on LJ along with pics. She cared for our home and watered my plants. I highly recommend you check out Dana for your pets.

Dana is a wonderful caring person. Granted she is taking care of my easy, laid back fur baby but he likes her and that’s important. She is dependable and listens to any special instructions I might have. She is also flexible with her calendar and scheduling changes. I would highly recommend Dana and will continue to use her services as needed.
Dana has cared for several of my animals over the years but the most important relationship she had with one of my pets was my sweet but very nervous rescue dog. This dog was part pit bull but that didn’t stop Dana from babying her and treating her with so much love. Dana quickly became one of the few people my dog always felt safe with. I could leave her with Dana for days and know that not only was she fed and let outside, but also that she was relaxed and her more neurotic needs were cared for. I can’t say enough nice things about Dana!
Dana is an exceptional fur momma. Friendly, snuggly, responsible and honest are a few words to describe her. Dana can often be found in the floor with a friend's pet, cozied up on a couch with a furball or trying to make friends with any pet around. She's detail oriented and can be trusted with your fuzzy family members.

Schedule
I’m currently between full-time jobs and can provide 24/7 availability/flexibility as needed. I’m open to overnight, daytime, short or long periods of care inclusive of dog walking, cat sitting, playtime, delivery of medications, etc. Just let me know what your fur baby needs!
