Please be honest about your pets past or previous behaviors so I can provide safe pet care services. Prevention is key to setting our pets up to succeed and helps provide long-term success in training or teaching your pets. Prevention, is the key to dog training! **Aggressive Canines or Rehabilitation Cases REQUIRED a consultation before any over night stays** You can book me for a consultation on my training profile at www.rover.com/training/members/dana-o-in-house-training

Information Dana O. would like to know about your pet

Is your dog reactive on a leash, towards other animals or people? Is your dog allowed on the sofa, on the beds, etc.? Does your dog walk on a flex lead, 6ft lead, long line, etc.? Does your dog wear a non pulling harness that clips in the front, a buckle collar, head harness, etc. on walks? Is your dog on any medications or required any special medical care? Are there any behavioral issues I should be concerned of?

A typical day

**Every interaction is a leaning opportunity for your pets. I always interact in a way that’s going to discourage the unwanted behaviors while encouraging and rewarding all the wanted behaviors creating an all around well balanced atmosphere.** Mental and physical stimulation is important for all dogs. When I play fetch it’s played with mental stimulation in mind, mental and physical stimulation combined. The ball is used as a training tool to work on new cues, impulse control, etc. every dog will vary on what play looks like. Dog walks turn into loose leash training sessions, this provides mental and physical stimulation creating a calmer dog within the home. Plus, helps create an easier dog to manage long-term.

Jessie is amazing! Jessie helped train my daughters diabetic alert dog. She also helped me with my big boy bear who is afraid of his own shadow. I highly recommend One Smart Pooch. Jessie was always on time and really took the time with the dogs to earn their trust. You can’t go wrong with One Smart Pooch!
