Reliable, experienced animal care!
I've cared for animals for friends, family and agencies since childhood. Experience includes bottle feeding, medication dog training and feral kitten socialization. Worked with San Francisco Humane Society as an adoption coordinator, worked on friends' farms with livestock and more recently, foster kittens with RASKC. I also have some small critter experience including bunnies and rats. Large home and flexible schedule. I have references a mile long and have been finger printed/background checked all over the west coast since youth. For longer stays or multiple pets we can offer Airport parking and drop off since we are only 20 minutes from seatac!

Dana is an amazing Pet sitter! I got pictures all along the way of my trip and my cat looked like she could not be happier. Dana and her daughter treated KiKi as if she was part of the family. I very much highly recommend Dana. She is kind, understanding and very responsible. We will now not go anywhere else again for our cat while we are away. As soon as I met Dana I knew Totoro would be in great hands. She is experienced and knowledgeable with cats and dogs, which was a relief to us since it was our cat's first time boarding elsewhere. Dana was flexible with our booking, took it last minute and was not fazed by Totoro's medication needs. We received regular pictures, updates and even got to interact with some of the kittens she was fostering! Totoro got a room for himself with a window perch that he really enjoyed, brushed and daily cuddling sessions. I would absolutely recommend Dana for any pet care needs!
Dana Marie was fantastic with our kitty. It was his first time away from home and she was so patient and loving with him, drew him out of his shell to relax and play. He had a very comfy, spacious room to himself, tons of toys, a cushy bed and a climbing tree next to a big window with a great view of the neighborhood activities. Dana Marie was very flexible with our drop-off and pick-up time, gave me updates each day and carefully followed all directions for feeding and medications. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home for our little guy.

Dates de la garde
I work school hours, Monday-Friday 7:30-3, so evenings, weekends and school breaks are open, and my husband works from home so someone is always there. I don't mind driving or running errands as part of care.

I have a partially fenced yard and long lead if needed and plenty of energy to provide frequent walks. I have two dogs who are friendly with small friendly dogs, and one very friendly cat. All my animals are up to date on vaccines, flea/tick treatment and are neutered. For cats or invalid animals, I have several extra rooms, one very large if animals needed to be separated.

I live right next to Lake Youngs and walk my own dogs almost daily there. I occasionally go to sniff spots and have done agility parks with dogs in the past. I LOVE hiking and lakeside walks and exploring new terrain.
