Their schedule - feeding and going outside. What time do they eat? Favorite places to sleep, favorite things to do. Any special needs? Snacks allowed? How is your dog on a leash? Get along with other dogs? Is a dog park an option? Vet and emergency information needed. Food and favorite bed, blanket and toys. If boarding your dog, a recently bathed dog is much appreciated. Prefer to keep dogs to 50ish pounds.
A typical day
One on one attention with indoor and outdoor play. It's typically doesn't take too long to figure out what your dog enjoys most. Some breeds need more physical activity, others need more mental activity. So many ideas are at your fingertips when you Google! Regardless, keeping the dog busy will ease any stress while you're away.

Nothing beats a walk with a dog!
Pet care experience
Recently moved. New city, new neighborhood and ready to meet the neighbors! I just need your dog to walk and help me! I grew up with dogs, had a dog of my own and raised my kids with dogs. I miss the collar jingle in the house! I've trained and cared for several and can adapt to your process. Happy to help and provide peace of mind when you're not available to be with yours.
Reviews

Dana was great with my 6 year old dachshund! She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Dana was fantastic with our dog Dakota.Dakota is a little special dog who needs a lot of love and a lot of attention. She was abused before we got her and it just takes her a while in order to trust people by the third day. Dakota was very very comfortable when we went to pick her up. She was in attack mode and protecting Dana, which I take as a good sign because she only protects the people she loves. Dana was very accommodating to us. We had a problem with pick up, but she made it work I know when I go on our next trip we will be using Dana again because our dog Dakota loves her
We can’t recommend Dana enough! From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely love dogs and treat each one like family. Her attention to detail, reliability, and warmth gave us complete peace of mind every time she walked or watched our pup. What truly set Dana apart was her willingness to go above and beyond—when we had to move, she opened her home and cared for our dog for an extended period. Knowing our furry family member was not only safe but also loved during such a hectic time meant the world to us. If you’re looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and will treat your dog as their own, look no further. Dana is a rare gem, and we’re so grateful to have found her!
