Hi there! I’m Dana, a graduate of the NAVTA-approved Veterinary Assistant program at FRCC and certified Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA). After completing my internship at a local veterinary clinic, I realized my passion is providing personalized, one-on-one care for pets in a calm, loving environment. Originally from Wisconsin, my family moved to Colorado in 2022. Since then, I’ve worked as an elementary TA while completing my AVA certification and volunteering with a local animal rescue. I’m known for being reliable, responsible, and compassionate. Whether your pet needs walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, medications, or simply extra attention, I’ll provide loving, attentive care tailored to their needs. Dana is a great communicator and really spent her time with our pets. She cleaned and did laundry in the area she stayed. She also was great at sending meaningful updates.

Dana is THE BEST! We knew right away from the meet and greet we found our favorite pet sitter 😽 She asked all the right questions and clearly genuinely cares for them. She left everything cleaner than how we left it, very punctual with her visits, did great with our security system, and was wonderful to receive so many cute pictures and updates. Based on the pics we could tell how comfortable the kitties are. One is usually super skittish but Dana worked her magic to gain his trust! We were able to go out of town with zero worries thanks to her. We knew our fur babies were in the best hands. Grateful to have such a kind and trustworthy pet sitter in our lives!
Dana was on time and responsive. She gave prompt feedback on the doggos with updates. Would definitely recommend.

Dana has watched both my Cat and Dog on multiple occasions. She is so caring and sweet the boys just love her! Dana will care for your animals special needs with love, kindness and attention. She is a courteous and responsible and brings such positive energy on every visit!

Schedule
Having an open schedule and a lot of free time means I can offer flexible pet care. I am available if booked in advance, all days of the week, weekends, and possibly on holidays.
