My background includes working as a veterinary technician, kennel technician, doggy daycare attendant, professional dog walker, and groomer. This experience allows me to provide attentive, knowledgeable care and to prioritize safety, comfort, and emotional well being. I intentionally care for only one dog at a time so I can fully focus on your pet’s needs. This personalized approach is ideal for dogs who thrive on routine, need extra attention, or do best in a calm environment. I specialize in providing reliable, one on one care for owners who want peace of mind while they are away!

We had a family emergency come up on Christmas Eve and Dana was not only able/available to watch our dog Daphne, she was also extremely accomodating which was a huge lift off our plate during a stressful time. Daphne had a great time at Dana's and I highly recommend her!

I never had to worry about my reactive dog with Dana! She sent continuous updates and photos to me so I knew my pup was having the time of his life! Communication was so good and you can just tell that Dana is comfortable around all dogs no matter the breed, size, or behavior. Her background and experience as a vet tech helped ease my mind when looking for a dog sitter. She is very knowledgeable and confident around animals! I've already booked her again for multiple trips!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a single family townhome and a fenced in back yard! While I’m home your pals will be under my watch at all times. For safety, I prefer your dog(s) to be crate trained (so they are safe if I ever have to leave them unattended for brief periods) but I’m open to caring for those who are not, if they are housetrained!
A typical day
Your dog will be stimulated mentally and physically! I have a very active lifestyle so we will go on plenty of walks and share playtime! Feel free to leave any chews or enrichment treats and toys!
