Your Pet's Home Away from Home
I have been a pet owner for 15-1/2 years to a high needs Westie. I am retired with no kids and able to spend the day as a companion to your pet. I am accustomed to special requirements, such as, oral medication, diet and eye/ear drops. Your pet will be provided with a fenced backyard, extended play time and lots of walks and cuddles. I provide a safe, caring and loving environment that will give your dog a sense of being at home.

Dana and Kevin were amazing in providing heartfelt care and attention to our little Phoebe. We were nervous first-timers and their patience, understanding and experience was evident and reassuring from the beginning. We arranged one afternoon play date for Phoebe and were reassured afterwards that an over-night stay was not needed. What a wonderful sense of calm we felt. Our Phoebs would be well-loved and safe and we could enjoy our two week vacation. We would recommend Dana and Kevin in a heartbeat.💓
This is our second time boarding Dotto with Dana and Kevin. I never worried about boarding her, since they are wonderful people to trust her with. Dotto absolutely loves staying with them, and she always seems so happy afterward. Dana keeps us updated throughout the stay, letting us know how Dotto is doing. We’ll definitely keep coming back for future boardings - thank you for taking such great care of Dotto!

We were away for 9 days and I never worried for a second because Dana is always so kind and caring with our Lola! Even this time when she had some bad behaviour Dana mentioned it without judgment just so I would be aware in future. I will definitely ask Dana to look after Lola again!
After meeting Dana and Kevin, I knew right away that my older girl was going to be well taken care of. Thank you for looking after her and making me feel comfortable while I was away.
What a great first experience using this service. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take our boy. We received daily updates, photos, and the peace of mind that our dog was being taken care of better than anywhere else that we could have left him. I’m retired and can be with your pet for morning, noon and night. Available on weekends and weekdays. Pet is welcome during holidays, such as Christmas or Easter. We can accommodate two pets from the household at the same time.

Constant attention and monitoring with a safe fenced backyard. If needed, crating is possible (we only crate at the owners request) Provide potty breaks as tailored to your pet. Able to provide an environment with no stairs.
A typical day
Start the day be attending to you pets dietary and special needs. Head out for a morning walk to explore the new smells in the neighborhood park. Cuddle time on the couch while watching our favourite morning shows. Playing games in the backyard and living room to stimulate physical and mental activity.

- Please let me know if there are any dietary requirements, behavioural triggers, medical needs, routines or training maintenance so we can provide continuity while you are away. Please note, all dogs are required to be non-aggressive to people and other dogs. Your pet must be fully house trained, be flea/tick free and on a flea/tick prevention program between April 1st and October 31st.
