Hello I’m Dana! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life (26 years) and have an adorable 5 year old Spaniel mix. I absolutely love dogs and am committed to giving them the highest quality care in your absence, allowing you to rest assured while away! I have experience with dog sitting/walking all sizes, ages and breeds from volunteering at local shelters as well as dog sitting for Rover, family and friends. I will treat your dog as if it were my own giving it lots of love and attention. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and bringing them to the park where we can have fun and run around with my dog Baxter, play fetch, or just sniff all the smells! I have quite a lot of experience in dealing with dogs that need some extra care (Baxter has had a few surgeries). I will respect any rules you have for your dog and will be sure to update you as much as possible. I will make sure your dog has a fun time and will be looked after in a safe and loving environment. I work remotely so I have the ability and availability to leave when I please and set my own schedule. I look forward to meeting you and your dog!

Dana was fantastic, we will definitely be using her again in the future! She was right on time to feed and walk our high energy dog, and did a great job handling him/providing updates.
Dana has walked our black lab Hudson and taken him out to play fetch many times. She was flexible with days and times which was very helpful and she was very easy to communicate with. She quickly found routine with taking him out from several sets of stairs in our place and sent us pictures during their walks which was always nice to have.
Dana was great! She constantly sent updates and did everything we asked. While our dog is shy, she made sure he was happy and we could tell he was relaxed when we returned home. Thanks for taking such great care of Benny!
Had a long day at swim meet and we’re happy to be able to have Dana come in for a potty break walk to make sure our pup was comfortable for the day. Nice communication and a pic to confirm all is well.

Such as; anxiety, aggression towards other dogs, aggression towards people, leash puller or anything else you can think of. I have experience with training so I can handle any of these situations. Additionally please let me know of any special rules your dog follows (No jumping on furniture - I want to make sure their training is consistent).
A typical day
Your pup will have a great time exploring South Boston. We'll stop at Lee park, say hi to all of our friends inside of the dog park and continue on down to the beach! If you have an active dog, I love going for runs, or even tiring them out by sniffing all the smells and playing games (My pup is part beagle so this is a must)! Rain, snow, or shine, your dog will receive plenty of attention, exercise, love and all of the belly rubs!
