We only open our schedule for availability when someone will be home throughout the day. We don't like to kennel dogs for more than an hour or two at a time unless their owner requests it.

It's important that your dog know how to behave appropriately around big dogs. My Menudo weighs over 150 lbs. and is a gentle giant, but other dogs can be intimidated by him at first. If your dog has shown aggression towards other dogs or cats, please don't book with me. I know playful dogs get rowdy, and that's ok as long as it's in good fun.
A typical day
Kimberly Park and the Hoover walking trail is just a few blocks away and is a favorite destination amongst our doggy friends. Weather permitting, we will go on walks each day.

Hello! Our family has been "officially" dogsitting off and on for several years, first on dogvacay, and now rover.com. I have always had a special bond with animals since I was a little girl. When your pet is in our care we consider them our guest and cater to their every need. We make sure that kennel time is at a minimum and play time is to the max! On the weekends we will have walks to the park, and a baby pool in the backyard on hot days. West Liberty is a quiet, safe community located 5 miles off of interstate 80 between Iowa City, Muscatine, and the Quad Cities. Pick up and drop off services are available for a small fee. The dog's were tired and worn out. And they're welcome back. What else can you ask for? Dana was great. I'm looking forward to doing it all over again.
Dana does an amazing job! I felt at ease leaving Max in her care. Her small ratio gave Max lots of attention as I've been told he has a little seep ration anxiety. Dana was very accommodating to last minute changes in our plans and accepted an extra unplanned stay. With the daily updates my family and I know that Max is in good hands and we can enjoy our time away without worrying about Max
Dana was awesome, I received tons of pictures and videos during my pups stay and it was very apparent they were having a blast! She was even able to accommodate an extra night last minute. I highly recommend Dana for a home away from home for your pups!!
