I currently work remotely on a flexible schedule, which gives me the ability to work my day around your pet’s needs. Whether they need a midday walk, a quick check-in, a meal, some playtime, or simply a little companionship, I can build visits into my schedule between work tasks. This flexibility allows me to be dependable and responsive while giving your pet the attention and care they deserve throughout the day.

I’m also respectful of your home and will follow any instructions you provide regarding access, feeding, medications, routines, or special care. Because I work remotely on a flexible schedule, I’m able to give each visit my full attention rather than rushing in and out. I’ll communicate clearly, arrive on time, follow your pet’s routine, and provide updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you’re away. I understand that trusting someone with your pet — and giving them access to your home — is a big deal. My goal is to make that experience as easy, safe, and worry-free as possible.

I’m a reliable, experienced animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and goats. As a current dog owner, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets and your home. My experience includes farm-sitting for large groups of animals, caring for elderly dogs and cats, and working with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and temperaments. I’m comfortable with walks, feedings, playtime, and providing extra patience and attention when pets need it. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to be dependable and accommodating for walks and drop-in visits. I’m highly communicative, punctual, and detail-oriented, and I’ll always keep you updated so you know your pet is happy and cared for. Every pet is different, and I take the time to understand their routines, personalities, and needs. My goal is simple: to provide the same level of love, patience, and care I’d want for my own pets.

Dana watched our 90 lb rottweiler a few times while we were out of town. She was kind, attentive, and detailed. She would even send us photos periodically if we were gone more than 2 days just because we missed our baby girl. We've only had 3 people ever watch our dog in the 10 years we've had he and she was one of them. She was one of the best.
Dana has taken great care of my cats and dog for years! She's done housesitting with our pets in the past, and is also happy to come in for daily visits. Our animals love her! She has a dog of her own and has had cats in the past so she's very familiar with both. Would recommend her for any service you need with your pets!
