I have a flexible schedule (my classes don’t have mandatory attendance), so I’m available most of the time. If I don’t reply right away, I may be asleep—but I’m very interested and will respond as soon as I’m awake. I follow your pet’s routine closely (meals, litter box/walks, and any medications only as instructed). I monitor appetite, energy, and bathroom habits, and I send clear updates multiple times a day so you can feel at ease while you’re away. With me, you’ll never have to worry about not knowing how your pet is doing. I’m gentle and patient with shy or anxious pets, and I keep a clean, safe environment while prioritizing comfort and wellbeing. I’m also very creative with enrichment—I make the most of what’s available (toys, puzzle-style treat games, cardboard boxes, etc.). I provide rich but simple enrichment—sniffing games, play sessions, and calm companionship—tailored to your pet’s personality. For treats and any human food: I only offer them with your explicit approval and after confirming allergies/sensitivities. If you’d like, I can prepare simple, pet-safe options (e.g., plain boiled meat/egg yolk/vegetables) only according to your instructions and your pet’s diet. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Your pet gets my full attention and care.

Dan was fantastic with Kramer and Jesse. Communication was excellent throughout — regular updates, photos, and quick responses whenever we reached out. She was punctual, and you could tell she genuinely paid attention to each of their needs rather than just going through the motions. We came home to two calm, happy dogs every time. Highly recommend Dan and would book again without hesitation.

Once again, Dan took excellent care of my Juno. Juno seemed very happy and relaxed returning to Dan’s place for a second stay. I received plenty of updates throughout her stay, and it was clear that she was well looked after. Dan went the extra mile to make sure Juno was eating properly, as she can be quite a picky eater. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave her and I would 100% recoomend her <3

Juno had such a great time with Dan, and I got lots of updates throughout the day about how things were going. Dan sent detailed messages and photos and really seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with her. She clearly put a lot of effort into understanding and taking care of Juno’s needs and little quirks. She was also super easy to communicate with. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her!
I rebooked. She is amazing, reliable and respectful. My puppy loves her ❤️

Schedule
I’m gentle and attentive with both dogs and cats, and I’m great at reading their body language. I love making them feel safe and happy, and I always respect their boundaries—especially if there are areas they don’t like being touched. I pay close attention to what your pet needs in the moment—playtime, a walk/outdoor time, or quiet companionship. When they want to engage, I’m an attentive playmate. When they prefer space, I stay nearby and let them rest without disturbing them.

Whether I’m caring for pets at my home or in the client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routine and give them a lot of love and attention. I provide a safe and clean environment, follow feeding and walking schedules, and respect the pet’s individual preferences — for example, if they don’t like being touched in certain areas, I never force it. My goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
A typical day
In the morning, I love waking up with pets—whether it’s a dog happily nudging me awake or a cat quietly checking in. After we wake up, I really enjoy a slow, cozy start to the day: a few peaceful minutes together in the quiet, where I gently pet them as much as they’re comfortable with so they feel safe, calm, and reassured. We then start the day with breakfast, fresh water, and a quick check-in to make sure they’re comfortable. For dogs, we head out for a relaxed walk. I follow their pace and let them sniff as much as they like—no rushing—while keeping good leash manners and safety in mind. Back at home, I keep the environment calm and engaging. We might settle in together while I read or work, and I’ll offer affection, companionship, and playtime based on their personality. I’m also happy to use their toys or set up simple enrichment games, and I can give small treats with your approval. For cats, I follow their lead. I’ll play with them when they’re in the mood, offer gentle attention when they come to me, and give them space when they want to rest. If they enjoy cuddles, I’m very happy to spend time petting, brushing (if you have one), and keeping them company—always respecting their boundaries.
