I have a natural way with dogs. I've cared for a variety of pets all my adult life, including several dogs, cats and reptiles. Dogs are by far my favorite. I like all breeds and mixes but am partial to Rotties and Boston Terriers. I'm an active person by nature and love to take walks in the park. I live in Collingswood, South Jersey just 7 miles from Philadelphia and spend a lot of time in the city. So I'm OK taking care of dogs in South Jersey or Philadelphia. Right now my dog is a boxer mix named Frankie. He’s 3 years old, and loves playing with all other dogs. It’s amazing how he adjusts his style of play to dogs of any size!

Dan the Pet Man is an exceptional dog sitter! His house and backyard were a great and comfortable setting for our dog, Bernard. He sent pictures daily and took great care of our pup.
Dan was great with our girl Bubbles. At the meet and great with his dog Frankie, he made sure to get all the details about Bubbles so he could take good care of her during her stay. He’s got a great yard for dogs to sniff around and his dog Frankie is super sweet. Dan clearly loves to care for the dogs that stay with him and treats them like a part of the family. We’ll definitely bring Bubbles back again.
Dan took very good care of our doggo overnight with a very short notice from us. She had a great time playing with Dan’s pup as well. We will definitely be reusing Dan’s services again :)
Dan did a great job caring for my dog Kodi! She got along super well with his dog, Frankie. Kodi can be fearful of new people and dogs, but she warmed up to Dan, his wife, their dog, and even their cat quickly! It was very comforting having someone reliable to watch my pup while my partner and I were gone for the day. I would highly recommend, and plan to book with Dan again in the future.

Dan has been great with my pup Dallas. Our dogs get along great, Dan has taken good care of Dallas and he comes home tired and happy.

A typical day
I'm familiar with all the dog parks in Philadelphia and many in South Jersey. If your dog has a favorite ball I enjoy throwing it and playing the retrieving game.
