I board dogs in my home and provide a structured yet flexible daily routine. I send the dogs outside every few hours (or a couple hours) to run around and go to the restroom. I also let them out anytime a dog taps the door to go. I will begin attending trade school in October, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. During those hours, my parents will take over care and follow the same schedule so the dogs continue to receive consistent attention and breaks. If you have any questions about my schedule or availability, please feel free to message me directly — I’m happy to discuss details and find what works best for you and your dog.

<Boarding at My Home> My home is very secure with 6 ft carbon fencing and security cameras. I use my room for new pets who need time to adjust and get comfortable in their new surroundings. My family has a large backyard where I supervise all playtime and potty breaks. I send the dogs outside every few hours (or anytime they tap the door) to run around and use the restroom. <Meet & Greet> I’m happy to meet you and your dog at a local public location such as a nearby elementary school grounds or park. This allows us to get to know each other comfortably while your dog can explore a neutral space. <House Rules> For the safety and comfort of all dogs in my care, I do not allow visitors inside the home. I’m happy to send regular photos and videos so you can see how your dog is doing. If you have any questions about my setup or schedule, please feel free to message me — I’m always happy to discuss details.

Information Dan R. would like to know about your pet
How your pet will reacts with other dogs. How much food your pet will eat. Any known weakness in your pet that could cause injury. Ex fragile bones in legs. Any medications your pet may be on
A typical day
I will do my best to release as much energy out of your pet if they are a very excited one. If it is a very lazy one, more likely sitting by my side watching TV.

Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I got my first dog, Annie, when I was 9 years old. She sadly passed away in May 2023. My current dog, Eva, is a sweet deer-headed Chihuahua who loves to zoom around. Through Rover, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for over 150 dogs of all sizes and breeds. I’ve worked with many different personalities and have learned how to adapt to each dog’s unique habits and needs, creating a structured yet fun environment tailored to them. I’m very energetic and love playing with the dogs. Our large backyard gives them plenty of space to run and play, and I always supervise them closely during outdoor time.
Reviews

We recommend Dan highly. He's always stayed in touch giving us updates, and our Golden has been well treated.

Our dog, Stella, loves Dan. We will send her over next time.

Dan is great and our go to whenever we leave town

Dan is super attentive to Dax and his needs. Dax loves going to stay at Dan’s home and it puts my mind at ease while I’m away!
