Hundreds of Hours of Dog Care
I have walked dogs for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley (HSBV) for 10 years. As a volunteer at HSBV, I also provide training services to dogs with special behavioral needs. I have my own 8 year old mixed breed male dog that loves playing, napping, and going on adventures. I practice force free training techniques but I'm not afraid to give time outs as needed. I work full-time from home. Feel free to drop off your pup for daycare while you ski or work. Their day will be full of playtime, yard time, and walks. I maintain a dog safe home. Food is stored outside of reach. I have a fenced yard. I have a crate and pet gates for separation if needed. I like to supervise and treat new dog introductions. If I take a dog offsite then they will be kept on leash.

Schedule
I have my own dog and he's looking for company throughout the day while I work from home. We have a back yard and go on walks down to the park, which is two blocks away.

I supervise playtime until our dogs have proven that they can communicate boundaries. My house is dog safe and it has a fenced in yard.
Pets
A typical day
A typical work day includes a 30-45 minute morning walk or yard time followed by treats and a late morning nap. More yard time and playtime occur throughout the day followed by an afternoon or early evening walk. Depending on the day we may run or hike instead of walking. On the weekends we like to hike or run.
