Dog walker and friend to all pups
Since I don’t own a dog currently…this is the best it gets for me! I've previously had two dogs: one Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix and one Australian Cattle Dog (aka blue heeler). I’ve boarded a wide variety of breeds as well. I always aim to make your dog’s time here as fun, relaxing, and enriching as possible - whether that’s by working on training, playing fetch, or heading to the dog park, depending on your/their preferences. Dan was great with my pity. He took the reservation very short notice, and was very good with communication and letting me know how things were going. Clover came back to me very happy!
Dan was amazing! He was extremely responsive and provided more photo updates than any Rover I've ever used. I could tell that my pup was having a fun and safe time with Dan from the moment I dropped him off until pick up. Would highly recommend Dan to anybody who's looking for a dogsitter--although I selfishly will now always want him to dogsit for me.
Dan was fantastic with pup, Maya! She only stayed with him for one night, but I got frequent photos and updates, and he was always quick to respond. She got plenty of walks and even a long dog park trip despite the cold. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in great hands. 10/10 — will absolutely book again and highly recommend!
Dan took incredible care of my dog, Kobe, during his week-long stay. Kobe had an injury before boarding, and Dan went above and beyond to help nurse him back to health. He made sure Kobe got plenty of walks and fun trips to the dog park, and I received regular updates and photos that gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and reliable sitter for their furry loved ones!
Dan was one of the best sitters I've ever had! He provided regular updates which made me feel so comfortable while I was away. He took amazing care of Millie, and she was a happy dog the whole time. He also took her on long walks which she absolutely loved. I highly recommend him!
Dan did a great job taking care of Pepper and made sure to update me regularly!

Schedule
I am most fully available for long weekend stays (Thursday evening through Sunday evening). Longer stays depend on how far in advance the request is made. For dog walking, I generally have availability Fri-Sun and during the day Tues.

Safety, trust & environment
The area around me has some great shaded paths, dog parks, and wide grassy sidewalks that I love to get on as much as possible with the dogs I watch. Inside the home, I generally just try to follow the owners lead with the dog’s usual set up (eg where the dog usually sleeps, feeding setup/schedule, etc)
A typical day
I loved taking nice long walks with my dogs in the past, and that's why I'm here looking to do the same with your dog(s)! I can walk as near or far as you prefer and time allows. Also love playing fetch and otherwise letting the dog get off leash if possible (we have two parks within walking distance). I can also incorporate training into the walk if there's something you're working on.
