We love Dan and Ellie, but more importantly, Quinnie loves Dan and Ellie!! They take the best care of our girl and happy to have her stay with them again and again!

Dan provided great care for our pup Kora! Followed all of our instructions and was super communicative throughout our trip. Kora came home super happy!

I have to be honest because I haven’t been in the past with other sitters because I felt bad but honestly I trusted this sitter so much because of the reviews. First: he states that there is a backyard but his backyard is a tiny tiny backyard cemented patio and of course I didn’t know that until i got there. Second: my dog is reactive towards cats and dogs so she has a prong collar. When I got there I asked if he has ever used this and he said “uhh i think like u just snap it on”. I said no and proceeded to explain how to put it on, exactly where it goes on my dogs neck, and there is an additional clip that goes to her regular collar for extra protection. The whole time he was just looking around and clearly did not hear me. Third: he sent me a photo of them walking and said how she is basically choking on the collar and pulling really hard. I then had to explain to him AGAIN on text how you put it on, where exactly it goes, and added that he can be stern with her because genuinely thats sometimes how she will only listen. Fourth: the pick up day I texted him around 7:50ish asking if pick up time can be at 10:30. I heard no response for hours but at first i was like okay it is early I will give him time. I then texted again saying “hellooo” then I was like ok I cant wait anymore so again I texted “ok we are on the way we need to leave to go back home”. He texted around 10:45am asking if I was there and I said no im 7 mins away. So that immediately shows me my dog has not gone out, she has not been fed, and she has not taken medicine. Fifth: I got to their place and the prong collar was INSIDE OUT. like are you actually serious you have the audacity to bring my dog with not only the collar not being placed correctly on her neck but also INSIDE OUT. He proceeded to say she threw up her food bcus she had to eat really fast. NO SHT. you fed my dog super last min. He also didn’t pack my dogs turkey meat so Im either thinking her fed her the whole pack which was NOT in the directions or he forgot it. Sixth: Also I texted him directions on my dogs medicine and I know how she acts on it. On the bottle it says give 3 pills but MY direction says 2. I could tell she was given the extra pill bcus we used to give her 3 at the beginning of her treatment but changed to 2 about 4 months ago bcus she gets super quiet and slow which she was showing signs of. I have calmed down after a couple days but I was so furious. I feel bad I really do for leaving a bad review but it is extremely important for us people leaving our babies with these people and it shows they do it for the money.
