Daily dog park fun & lots of love

Hi! I’m Dan — a full-time, home-based sitter in Crown Hill with two friendly, well-trained dogs who love making new friends. I provide a calm, reliable, and structured boarding experience that’s perfect for social dogs, large dogs, seniors, and pups who need a little extra attention or medication support. I work remotely, so your dog is never left alone for long stretches. They get consistent human supervision, predictable routines, and a quiet home environment — not a chaotic daycare vibe. Dogs in my care enjoy: Daily walks around Crown Hill, Holman Grove, or the neighborhood trails Dog-park sessions (if approved) or structured sniff walks Social time with my two dogs OR solo hangouts if your pup prefers space A peaceful home where they can nap, follow me around while I work, or cuddle on the couch Whether your dog loves playtime or prefers a more mellow routine, I tailor every stay to their comfort level. ---- ✔ Full-time supervision — remote worker ✔ Two sweet, dog-savvy resident dogs (Mini Aussie & Husky/Retriever mix) ✔ Experienced with large breeds & strong pullers ✔ Senior-dog friendly (slow walks, meds, ramps) ✔ Medication support (oral or injection) ✔ Calm home environment — no kids, no chaos ✔ Comfortable indoor spaces + safe leash routines outside ✔ Flexible drop-off & pick-up times ✔ Affordable rates for the area If your pup needs a dependable, loving, and low-stress home while you’re away or a walk in the neighborhood, you’ve found it. I am able to take care of high-energy and high-needs dogs. Able to do walks during the workday, boarding, and house sits.

Dan was really attentive and communicative. Even after the boarding ended, he’s been following up to make sure my dog’s recent injury is healing ok. You can tell that he really cares about the dogs he boards.

This was our pup's first time staying the weekend with Dan and his family. Our pup returned happy and well cared for. Seems like he had a great time! We will certainly be back for daycare and longer stints!

Dan was a great host! He was super friendly and communicative leading up to and during Basil’s stay. He’d send updates and photos regularly, and we could tell that Basil was very comfortable and cozy in Dan’s home and with the other fur-family members. Additionally, Dan was able to manage Basil’s medications and was patient and understanding as Basil adjusted to the space. Thank you for taking such great care of Basil!

Schedule

I work remotely full-time, which means I’m home with your dog all day. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine—morning walks before I start work, midday breaks for potty/playtime, and afternoon enrichment or a second walk. Because I’m home throughout the day, your dog gets consistent supervision, structure, and attention. Weekends are even more flexible and include longer walks, dog-park trips (if approved), and plenty of playtime with my two friendly resident dogs. Your dog becomes part of the rhythm of my home, not just an extra task squeezed into my schedule.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety is my top priority. I provide a calm, supervised, dog-friendly home environment where your pup can relax and feel secure. I have two well-trained, friendly resident dogs who help set a positive, social tone. Introductions are slow and structured to ensure comfort. I live in a house in Crown Hill with plenty of indoor space for lounging, playing, and napping. All outdoor time is on leash and fully supervised unless we’re in an approved fenced park. I never let dogs outside unattended. I follow your dog’s routines and rules—feeding instructions, medication schedules, crate preferences, walk styles, and any specific home behaviors you want reinforced. Whether in my home or yours, I maintain a structured, clean, and safe environment.

Pets

A typical day

A typical day starts with a morning potty break and walk around Crown Hill or Holman Grove. After breakfast, dogs can enjoy social play (if they want to) with my two pups or settle in for a nap while I work. Midday usually includes enrichment—sniff walks, puzzle toys, tug, or fetch—or a visit to a nearby fenced dog park if you approve. Afternoon is another walk or outdoor session depending on your dog’s energy level. Evenings are for relaxing, cuddles, and calm time inside the house. Dogs sleep indoors on dog beds, couches, or crates depending on their preference. Every dog gets daily photos, updates, and plenty of affection throughout the day.
