A happy home from home for your hound
I know everyone says this but we really love dogs and having had challenges finding suitable care for our own dog wanted to offer our home to others. We like to think of ourselves as offering your dog a holiday while you enjoy yours. Our Vizsla, Ivy, has given us four years of fun, challenges and far too many face licks. She loves company so taking in new pooches is as good for her as it is for us. We offer a spacious home and garden with daily walks, enrichment activities, access to the furniture and plenty of cuddles. We will adapt to your preferences and try and keep whatever routine or habits are unique to them - after all this is meant to be fun for them too! We are happy to consider dogs who may need additional help. Ivy suffers from separation anxiety so alone time is rare and she also requires daily medication. We know it can therefore be an additional struggle finding that home from home which we can offer. We have experience of medium to large breed’s primarily but happy to consider smaller companions. Our household consists of myself, my wife, our toddler, Ivy and a cat. We do like to meet out borders before confirming a stay just to ensure the dynamics suit.

Damian and his family was fantastic with our Vizla Walter, we couldn't have left him with anyone more caring and accommodating. Me and my family wouldn't hesitate to ask them to look after him again. They were very good and accommodating with our very last minute booking too which we are very grateful for.
Damian and Emma are truly exceptional sitters. They recently cared for my dog, and I was so impressed by how much effort and commitment they put into every aspect of her stay. From the very first message, they were proactive, professional, and genuinely caring - nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond to meet every request I had regarding her care, following her routine perfectly and making sure she felt safe, happy, and loved at all times. They communicated clearly, kept me updated, and handled everything with warmth and attention to detail. It’s rare to meet people who put so much of themselves into what they do. Damian and Emma are reliable, kind, and completely trustworthy - you can feel the care and pride they take in looking after animals. Their home is welcoming and calm, and my dog settled instantly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They’re genuine, dedicated people who treat your pet like family. Lyra will miss you all!
Damien and Emma go above and beyond to make your dog feel at home. Our dog Isla loved being with them and she cried when she left them on the way home 😂. She was obviously well cared for, had some lovely fun walks and had the company of their own Vizsla. As Isla is also a Vizsla I was great to have someone to look after her who understands this sensitive breed. Highly recommended
Damian and Emma were absolutely great. Easy to communicate with, and Bruce absolutely took to them (and Ivy!). We felt super comfortable and would 100% recommend them to anyone else. Will definitely be using them again!

Schedule
We have flexible work schedules so primarily one of us is always working from home. We are out at least once per day with Ivy and therefore find an additional dog fits in seamlessly with our routine.

Safety, trust & environment
We like to do a pre meet to make sure the environment suits your dogs needs. We treat every doggy visitor as if it’s our own, and yes that does mean they can sleep on the bed.
