I am a college student and I make sure that my schedule leaves most of my time open to caring for my animals at home. Even after making sure to walk my dog and feed my reptiles and fish, I have lots of free time left over!

At my home, while watching someone else's pet for comfort and reassurance I keep my dog downstairs and leave the upstairs for the other pet to roam freely. At my clients home, I will be sure to ask for the rules on how to care for their pet/pets and work based off of their preferences.

Let me know if your pet/pets have any tendencies to be aggressive or bite. Include if they are leash pullers or not friendly with other animals. Another helpful thing to know is if they need any special attention or care.
A typical day
A typical day watching a pet would look likely include a potty break every 1-2 hours, playtime depends upon the owner and if otherwise, i try to let them play for at least 30 minutes at a time. Feeding them is also up to the owner so it will be on a set schedule for them to eat. I also try to interact with the pets by playing with their toys with them or using time to let them show me their best skills and reward them with treats 😊.
