I have a flexible schedule… which means lots of bandwidth to care for your furry family member and give them lots of love and attention. I’m grateful to have a livelihood that allows me to take time away to cuddle furry friends and provide detailed updates. I love exploring L.A. on foot! Walks are even more fun when done in tandem with a canine companion.

Whether I’m caring for your furry family members, I’ll care for them as though they were my own. As a house sitter, I happily care for multiple pets at a time from the comfort of your family’s home. I’m quiet, clean, considerate, and responsible.

Here are some things to consider prior to booking: Please let me know what I can do to make your pet happy! I’d like to know their routine, walking route, favorite toys, treats, games, likes & dislikes, etc. Due to schedule constraints, I only accept cats and dogs who are comfortable and non-destructive when left alone for short periods of time. For my furry clients’ safety, all adult dogs and cats in my care must be clean, flea treated, fully house-/pad-/litter-trained and up-to-date on vaccinations. Puppies should be mostly pad-trained. I will only feed your pet the food you provide. If your pet has a soft spot for people food and you’re ok with me indulging them, let me know! Standard house-sit rates include: • Guaranteed minimum 12 hours of meaningful physical presence and care (which may or may not include an overnight stay, your choice) with a midday walk/check in. • … and, lots of attentive cuddle/play time spent with your pet during these hours! Additional rates apply for pets that require extra time, medication, etc. If your pet has special needs, I’d love to know more to see if we’re a good fit!
A typical day
I’ll do my very best to stick to your pet’s routine and cater to their preferences so they feel at home and enjoy their time with me. Out and about, I’m energetic enough to take dogs on a jog or long walk, and zen enough to dial it back if your dog prefers to take it easy. I’m a morning person, so our first walk will likely be on the early side, when the neighborhood is calm and peaceful and there are very few other people or animals around (great for leash-reactive dogs!). We’ll explore your neighborhood, enjoying the sights (and scents!) along the way. Space constraints permitting, I can absolutely make fetch happen.

Armed with genuine affection for animals, I provide attentive, caring pet care. I connect with your pets on their level, appreciate their personalities and quirks, and am respectful of boundaries. I’ve happily appeased finicky cats, cared for senior dogs, coaxed pills into pups’ mouths, soothed anxious pets, prepared home-cooked meals at owner’s specifications, and assisted puppies and dogs with their pad/crate/house training. I provide pet parents with the consistent, responsive, communication they need to feel at ease while away. When your furry loved one is in my care, you can expect detailed, daily updates with photos, and fast responses to texts. In my personal life, I’m that girl on the street or hiking trail who smiles at all the dogs—and I’m flattered that they usually smile back! Growing up, I had a home full of furry, feathered, and scaly animal friends. My mom instilled in me a deep love and respect for all animals. I’m thrilled to incorporate those qualities into my livelihood. Your pet’s happiness is important to me—it’s important that we’re a good fit. Meet-and-greets are a must prior to booking.

Very thorough and communicative! Damaris gave detailed reports and followed all instructions for handling our anxious and dog-reactive corgi. She was very sweet with them and our pups seemed to enjoy her company as well. 🥰 We came home to a clean home and happy, healthy pups. ❤️
