We are home most of the time, though from Tuesday to Thursday, we work during the day. For this reason, we are a great fit for dogs who can relax comfortably in their kennel for a few hours at a time.

About Dallas & Renelle R.
Safety, trust & environment
Our Care Philosophy: Family First 🐾 Coming from a home that loved a Shih Tzu for many years, we know that every dog has a unique personality and specific needs. We don't just "watch" your dog; we welcome them into our daily lives as a temporary family member. Safety & Security Fully Fenced Yard: Your pup can enjoy the fresh air safely. We always supervise yard time to ensure everyone is playing nice and staying secure. Kennel Comfort: We are big believers in the "den" environment. If your dog is kennel trained, we maintain that routine to reduce anxiety and give them a safe space to rest while we are out or during bedtime. Leashed Adventures: Our morning and evening walks are always on-leash, exploring the neighborhood at a pace that suits your dog’s energy level. Personalized Attention Companionship: Since someone is usually home throughout the day, your dog won't be lonely. Whether we’re working nearby or relaxing in the living room, they’ll have human company. Consistency is Key: We stick to your feeding and medication schedule exactly as you do at home to keep their tummy and health on track. Fresh Water & Treats: We keep the bowls full of fresh water and (with your permission!) provide healthy treats for being "good boys and girls." Communication with You We know how hard it is to be away from your fur baby. We make sure to send: Daily Photo Updates: Action shots from our long walks or cute photos of them lounging in the yard. Quick Check-ins: A quick text to let you know they’ve eaten and are settling in well. Peace of Mind: You can enjoy your trip knowing we are treating your pup exactly how we’d want our own to be treated.

Information Dallas & Renelle R. would like to know about your pet
To ensure your pup has the best stay possible, please let us know: Is your dog comfortably kennel trained? Do they require any medications? What is their specific feeding schedule, and how many outdoor/potty breaks do they typically need throughout the day?
A typical day
Our Daily Routine: Flexible & Active 🐕🦺 Our goal is to mirror your dog’s home life as closely as possible. While we have a steady morning and evening rhythm, we are happy to add extra steps to our day if your pup has energy to burn! Morning: The Big Adventure 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: We kick off the day with a long morning walk. It’s the perfect time for sniffing, exploring, and getting that morning energy out. Post-Walk: Breakfast and fresh water, followed by some supervised "zoomie time" in our fenced yard. Mid-Day: Company & Flexibility 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Since someone is usually home, your dog will have plenty of company. The "Afternoon Bonus": If your pup is a high-energy breed or just loves being outside, we are happy to provide an afternoon walk! Whether they need one extra stroll or three, we can make it happen to keep them happy and tired. Note: On Tue–Thu, this is when we utilize their kennel for a few hours while we are at work. Evening: Winding Down 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Our second scheduled long walk of the day. This helps everyone settle in for a calm night. Dinner Time: A consistent feeding routine followed by some backyard potty breaks. Night: Family Time 8:00 PM – Bedtime: Your dog joins our family of three in the living room for cuddles and relaxation. Last Out: One final trip to the fenced yard before turning in for a safe, restful night in their kennel

Your Pup’s Home Away From Home! 🐾 We are a family of three who recently lost our beloved Shih Tzu. We miss the pitter-patter of paws in our home and would love to welcome your dog into our family for a stay! We treat every guest like one of our own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and fully pampered. What We Offer: Active Lifestyle: We love long walks and have a fully fenced yard perfect for zoomies and sunbathing. Crate-Friendly Home: We are experienced with kennel training and prefer dogs who are comfortable in their "den." Cozy Environment: Whether it's playtime in the yard or cuddles on the couch, your dog will be part of our daily rhythm. Our Schedule: We are home most of the time, though from Tuesday to Thursday, we work during the day.
