I care for every pet as if they were my own, while following and respecting the owners directions and or specific requests! We have a large pet friendly house that is very empty after our lab mix passed away in fall, and for the first time we are completely pet-less. We live on 8 acres in the country with tons of space to run and play and poop and have tons of fun. We are fenced in property but because the property is so big we keep our visitors on leashes. Our home is very clean but also very dog friendly (aka we love couch snuggles and don’t mind sharing our bed haha)

Let me know if there’s any treats they love or if you’d rather me not give them treats during our time. Although I do not have any animals anymore, let me know how your dog is around other animals so I know things to look out for on walks or if I am sitting more than one dog. Are you comfortable with your dog being sat with other dogs? Let’s get to know eachother!
A typical day
No matter what your dog needs, I am here to accommodate! Whether your dog prefers to run around and play fetch, walk for hours, or is more of a relaxer, I’m here to make your dog feel comfortable! Is your dog a social butterfly and loves going to the dog park, or would they prefer a little more one on one time on our 8 acres of solitude, or a little bit of both! Our house is very dog friendly and dogs are aloud on our couch, or if your furry friend prefers their own bed for naps. I’m here to make their day more fun and comfortable!

Hello! My name is Dallas! I am a huge animal lover, and would love to care for your furry family member! I have always loved all animals and have been in this field for over 15 years. A little about me: I was a volunteer at the SPCA for a few years, back when I lived in Nevada when I was in high school. Then I worked for a 24/7 doggy day care facility for about two years in Lake Tahoe after I moved there with my husband Adam. I worked there until I started my own pet sitting/walking company. when My husband Adam owned a wooden surfboard shop there, while I started my own pet sitting/dog walking company. In 2016, we decided to travel around with our dog Myles for a bit, and converted a school bus into an RV! We both own our own companies so we’ve always been able to work remote and did the conversion on our own. Eventually we ended up in Nashville and did two house flips while still running our craft companies. In 2020 my husband and I moved back here to Illinois where Adam is from, to help his elderly parents, and the family property. We just finished converting the barn into a homestead while we are here, and just celebrated our wedding in the property in September. Sadly our dog Myles passed away peacefully last October at the age of almost 17. While my husband and I greatly miss having a dog or pet around, we’re just not quite ready to get another dog yet and we figured Rover would be perfect. I’ve had a long list of pets throughout my life, from small Pomeranians to a large PitBull lab mix and multiple cats, I haven’t met an animal I didn’t love yet haha. Adam and I live on 8 acres with plenty of room to run and play. Our home is very clean, and also very dog friendly aka we love couch snuggles! Because Adam and I both operate our own businesses, we both have separate shops built in the house so we have the luxury of getting to stay home while still working, making our schedules very open and flexible!

We highly recommend Dallas - she is our go-to person when it comes to watching our four legged family member. By having Dallas watch our sweet girl, we can be fully focused on our vacation and know that she is in excellent, caring hands.
Dallas and Adam are the best, from the first meeting they were so calm, welcoming, & loving with our high-energy (and sometimes reactive) Malinois! I was worried our pup would really struggle with separation anxiety, since this was her first time boarding, but Dallas and Adam have a great energy and Chloe took to them immediately. Thank you both SO much!!!
We love leaving our four legged family member with Dallas. We know she’s in good hands when we are on vacation! Dallas is an excellent communicator and conscientious host. She is our go-to sitter!
This was our 2nd time around with Dallas and couldn’t be more pleased. We had an out of state wedding to attend and was able to enjoy it worry-free because we knew our pups were in good hands! Their property is gorgeous and has plenty of space (and smells) for your pups to explore. They provide your pups with plenty of love and snuggles to ensure their time away from their family is not as stressful and a little vacation for them too. For any future trips where our pups cannot come with, Dallas will be our first choice.
