Dalia took care of my cat for the second time, and she was just as amazing as always. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive, and I truly appreciate how she consistently kept me updated with pictures of my cat. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pet was in such loving hands. I am very, very happy with her service and the level of care she provides. She is genuinely caring and treats animals with so much love and attention. Dalia is absolutely someone you can trust with your pets without hesitation. Dalia was absolutely amazing taking care of Minouch and Sura for almost a full month. She was incredibly kind, caring, and super responsive the entire time. Every time I texted her, she replied quickly, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. 🐾 She constantly sent me pictures and updates of the cats, and it was clear they were being very well cared for and receiving lots of attention and love. On top of that, when I had a family emergency and needed to extend their stay for an additional two weeks at the last minute, Dalia was so understanding and accommodating. Overall Minouch and Sura seemed happy, comfortable, and very well taken care of. I am extremely happy with her service, her kindness, and her flexibility. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to watch their pets. 🌟
