I have had pets for most of my life. I feel a pet provides unconditional love, and deserves love and respect in return. I have recently retired and I now have the time to spend with one of my favorite indulgences, spending time with our four-legged loved ones. I enjoy the outdoors, and frequently get out for walks and hikes in the bush. I am responsible, trustworthy, and reliable to take care of your pet like it was my own.

Every pet has a unique personality, and every household has its own unique circumstances. Like children, pet owners have certain rules and expectations with their pets, and I will ensure that I understand what the pet owner would like, what the limitations are, and work hard to ensure the pet has a seamless flow of love and direction which would match their owners.

Dale was a fantastic dog walker for Pablo (we booked a few walls with him). He was reliable, punctual, and made every walk a new adventure, which Pablo absolutely loved. Dale was very comfortable handling him and even reinforced some of his recall training along the way. Highly recommend!

Dale has stayed at my house with my cat and dog, and pet-sat at his own house, on numerous occasions over the past 6 years, and it's been an amazing experience every single time. Leaving my fur babies is tough, and the only reason I'm able to relax and enjoy vacations is because I know they are at home safe and happy with him, probably getting even more attention than they would if I were there. My dog requires seizure medication twice daily at 9am and 9pm sharp, and he is able to make sure she gets that no problem. He is also incredible patient with my very grumpy cat who does not like anybody except me, and has somehow done the impossible and now gets him to purr. And on top of all that, he leaves my home exactly how I left it, or even cleaner! His communication is excellent as he responds to my texts and calls quickly and clearly, and is happy to send pictures any time I want. Finally, he takes my dog on long walks every day he's with her, including hikes on many of her favourite trails. She is always returned to me gloriously tired, happy, and well behaved. There's truly no better person to trust your fur babies with!

Schedule
I am recently retired, so I have lots of time on my hands. While I keep busy with hobbies and other activities, I also have a very flexible and fluid schedule. I will generally like to spend at least one or two hours getting some fresh air and outside activity, so it would be my pleasure to have an acquaintance accompany me on my walks or hikes.
