I work part time, I have 3 eight hour shifts and various smaller shifts throughout the week. Whenever I’m not at work, I’m with your pet!

I will take care of your pets based on the routine you provide. Pets, dogs and cats alike, warm up to me very quickly. I will make your pets feel as comfortable as I can while they are outside of your care. I always feel comfortable with the pets that are in my care.

If there are any accommodations your pets need please just let me know! I’m experienced with making my pets take pills and putting on topicals, and I’ve even learned through my sittings how to provide pets with injections in the skin, and using a syringe for oral medication. If your pet has any unique special needs, please don’t hesitate to ask. I’ll be happy to suit your pets needs.

Pet parents have all types of different routines for their pets. If your pet wants to play ball, tug, or go on walks, I can do any of those things. If your pet is more of a couch potato that is okay too. If your dog is high energy and needs more playtime that is perfectly okay too. During house sits, I typically keep the pet at home, besides going on walks. If you’d like me to bring your pet to dog daycare while I’m at work that is okay with me. I will typically do the daily routine/activities that need to be done when I wake up, and then I’ll spend time with your pet throughout the day.

Born and Raised around animals, I always love meeting, and taking care of animals. Some of the animals my family had were saddlebred & arabian horses, Yorkshire pigs, black and white angus cows, chickens, Rhode Island red roosters, peking ducks, pigmy goats, sheep, and more!

Dakota is the best! Great care, great communications and photos. I was VERY impressed and comfortable leaving my pups in his care!
Dakoda was so kind and the dogs really like him! He sent me pictures of them every day. The house was very neat and he even washed the towels he used which was not expected, so sweet! I look forward to the next time he watches our pups!
Dakoda was perfect for our travel needs. He gave Baxter plenty of exercise and love,left the house clean, and watered the plants. We’re so happy we found him!!
Dakoda was a huge reason we were able to enjoy our vacation as much as we did! He provided pictures and updates so we knew our boy was in great hands and having fun while we were away. He even provided updates on packages that arrived and progress on work outside that was being done while we were gone. We came home to a clean yard & house and a very happy pup. We'll definitely rebook with Dakoda for any future needs.
