Because I am retired and have a flexible schedule, I'm able to provide dependable, individualized care rather than rushing from one appointment to the next. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, keep their routine as normal as possible, and give you peace of mind while you're away.

Safety, trust & environment
I understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your pet is a big decision. I'll always respect your home, carefully follow your instructions, and make your pet's safety and comfort my highest priorities. If you need me to water your plants or take in mail, I'm happy to do that too, free of charge.
Information Cynthia M. would like to know about your pet
Before our first visit, I'd love to learn what makes your pet unique. Please let me know about their personality, favorite activities, daily routine, medications, fears, allergies, or anything that helps them feel comfortable. I'd also appreciate knowing how they typically react to new people, other animals, and walks so I can provide the safest, most enjoyable experience possible.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to tailor my visits to what makes them happiest. Some dogs love long walks and exploring new smells, while others are happiest playing fetch, getting belly rubs, or simply enjoying companionship. Some cats are eager to play, while others prefer a quiet visit, a gentle brushing, or just having someone nearby. My goal is to make every visit feel familiar, comforting, and fun while keeping your pet's normal routine as consistent as possible.

Mature & Dependable Pet Care
Pet care experience
I am currently retired, and all I want to do is hang out with animals. As a lifelong dog and cat parent, I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family members behind. Finding someone I truly trusted to care for my pets was never easy, so I get how important it is to find someone you feel completely comfortable with. Animals have always held a very special place in my heart. I've been vegan for 40 years simply because of my deep love for animals. Over the years, I've also volunteered with various animal organizations and opened my home to numerous cats and dogs that others considered "unadoptable." My goal is twofold: to give you complete peace of mind while you're away, knowing your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for—and to win your furry kid over! 😊 I'll always communicate with you, send photos and updates, and care for your pet with the same love and attention I'd give my own.
