Safety, trust & environment

I am reliable, communicate with words and photos, and will get to know your pet very well. I like to focus on your pets’ needs and spread my time around their care.

Information Cynthia L. would like to know about your pet

Please message me any pertinent info about your pet that you deem important. I would like to know their eating and sleeping and exercise routines, treats that are ok and not ok. And feel to share about their personalities likes and dislikes. Let me know about medication and/or special needs as well. I like to be fully informed. I will share photos and texts about your pet’s care while you are away.

A typical day

I test out their toys with them indoors and see what clicks. I love to play tug too. I enjoy sharing hikes in new places as that can be fun and mentally stimulating for pets. I am also happy to stay on established routes if that is more comfortable for your pet.

Attentive Care in Your Home

Pet care experience

My experience includes fostering senior dogs with special needs, raising and training our own standard poodle, walking a variety of dogs with unique traits and proclivities. During house sits I have a quiet routine and would spend most of my time sitting with your pet doing my quiet activities aside from playtime and long walks. I enjoy exploring new trails and am happy to keep to your pet’s familiar routines too. I am experienced in delivering medications and special diets at home. I leave your home cleaner than I found it, practicing ‘leave no trace’.

From the moment Cynthia met our puppy, we knew she was the person we could completely trust with both our beloved pet and our home. She is kind, attentive, incredibly pet-focused, and clearly passionate about providing exceptional care. Cynthia devoted her daily routine to our furry girl, giving her the attention, exercise, affection, and gentle training she needed. We especially appreciated the wonderful photos, videos, and thoughtful daily updates that kept us connected while we were away. Our puppy can be a very finicky eater, but Cynthia patiently worked with her and was so attentive to her needs that she ended up finishing almost every meal—a remarkable accomplishment! It was obvious that our dog felt safe, loved, and happy in her care. We returned home to a content, well-cared-for puppy and a house that was immaculate! We couldn't be more delighted with Cynthia's professionalism, warmth, and dedication. She is truly exceptional. If you're looking for someone to care for your pets and your home as if they were her own, look no further. Nobody does it better!

Cynthia did a great job hanging with my pups while I was away. I loved the photos and daily sheet she would send of how they spent their day. She took good care of my home and left the house in good shape too!

Cynthia went above and beyond when we asked her to housesit and watch over our two pups. She was very considerate of dogs and ensured that they were comfortable and having fun. She also sends lots of photo updates and leaves very detailed logs of what the pups were up to. We would feel comfortable enough to recommend her to anyone! Thank you!

Cynthia is terrific and if your schedule coincides with hers, you're really in luck. Cynthia took such good care of my beloved dog (and my house, too). My dog got several good walks a day including a trip to the beach. Cynthia was easily reachable by text and sent frequent updates. I felt so reassured to know that my dog was being so well taken care of. She's the best dog sitter you could hope to find.
