Snce retiring in 2020 I have been focusing on doing the things I love, caring for animals, gardening and enjoying nature. I have a 3 year old food forest in my yard. If you have a garden or even houseplants, they will receive the same love and care that I will give your pets. I volunteer with friends of the pelican, rescue and over the years I have fostered cats, dogs and kittens with ACC in NYC and PCAS in Largo. I also volunteered as a goat nanny in Oldsmar. I have experience pet sitting with Trusted House Sitters and have cared for friends’ pets in their homes. I’ve owned and have been a foster mom to dogs of all sizes from a senior chihuahua to a young 85 pound pit bull, and from 2 weeks old kittens to seniors cats. I have had pets since I was 7 years old and when my kids were young they always had a variety of pets including gerbils, mice, guinea pigs, rats, snakes, lizards and of course we always had cats, dogs and chickens. My heart dogs were a Shepard poodle mix, a pit bull mix and an American bully. They lived to be seniors and I’m experienced with giving medication and the special care that seniors need. I’m not a dog trainer but I did participate in a program where I was trained to train shelter dogs to make them more adoptable. I have experience with dogs who are dog aggressive, and will avoid other dogs when on walks.

Cindy is great with my dog, who is an anxious girl with bad dog aggression. Cindy makes sure to stay alert on walks so my pup doesn’t get into any trouble with passing dogs, and she always made sure to give my pup her Prozac on time. Cindy is clearly an animal lover so I have no doubts my baby is loved while she’s there, and she sends videos and pictures of my pup as well! Highly recommend!
Cindy has an amazing love for all living creatures! She has many of her own pets and all are cared for in a responsible and dedicated way. I worked with Cindy for 5 years in healthcare and know her to be trustworthy in every regards. I can think of no one better prepared to care for your pets than Cindy!

Schedule
As I am retired and my schedule is flexible. I’m an early riser and if your pet likes their breakfast at 5 am, no problem! I’m available for in home sitting and walks and I could be available with one day notice. I do volunteer work on Thursday and Friday mornings. Other than that I am available anytime.
