We had an excellent experience. Cindy was calm, composed, and clearly experienced with dogs. Before agreeing to watch our dog, she took the time to carefully assess how he interacted with her own dog, which gave us a lot of confidence that she was putting the dogs' safety and comfort first. Throughout his stay, she kept us informed about how he was doing and was very understanding as he adjusted to being in a new environment. Her updates were always thoughtful and reassuring, and it was clear she recognized that some adjustment is normal when a dog is away from home. This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter, so we were naturally a little nervous. Her patience, clear communication, and compassionate approach gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was in great hands.
