🔴 LIMITED BOOKINGS FOR 1ST TIME DOGS I take limited dogs if this is their first time booking in our home. This way, I can get to know their personalities and avoid having too many unfamiliar ones in the pack at once. I do this for the safety of all the pets in my care, even though I do require a meet-and-greet. Some dog’s personalities come to light in a different atmosphere or group settings when the pet parent is not present. 😊 I may take 2-4 of my regular clients depending on the new pups that come to our home. 🟣 SECURITY All dogs are fed separately in crates or a secure area to prevent food aggression. If you’re staying longer, I might need to run to the store. If I can’t watch them, all dogs will be crated. This also applies to other dog drop-offs and pick-ups. This way, a new dog can join the pack without feeling overwhelmed at our inside security gate. Additionally, dogs can leave easily without escaping past the inside gate to the front door with excitement. Lastly, if the pet parent needs to speak with me, I can do so without worrying about any unwanted interactions with your pup. I have a secure fenced yard with a higher wall and two separate gates to exit. My home is also gated inside to prevent pets from getting near the front door and escaping. We have a monthly pest control service that includes scorpion control for both our yard and home. ✅ BACKGROUND CHECK: I underwent an Enhanced Verified background check, which I paid extra for, to instill confidence in my services. Anyone with a more comprehensive background check badge will have a different appearance. Mine is Gold, indicating my Enhanced Background Verification. ✅🎓EDUCATION I’ve completed all the classes Rover offers. The graduation cap next to my gold badge signifies that I’ve passed all the tests for their online classes. Additionally, I expand my knowledge by reading any information Rover sends out to sitters to enhance my education for both cats and dogs. I also seek out topics that can further my knowledge for your peace of mind. ✅ IN-HOME ENVIRONMENT: All pets sleep indoors💤🏠 Pups are permitted on furniture (provided the Pet Parent approves). I provide beds, blankets, crates, feeding and water bowls for your convenience. 🦴 FEEDING TIMES ⏰ I typically feed dogs around 8-8:30 AM and 6PM. I feed all dogs separately in crates in order not to have any food aggression. Even if dogs eat the same dog food, it’s always more interesting in another pups bowl. In addition, this a allows everyone to eat at their own pace. ✅To ensure an stress-free stay, you’re welcome to bring your pet(s) own blanket. **For first-time stays, I suggest bringing a T-shirt, of their favorite human, worn recently. This can help anxious pups feel more comfortable.** ✅For the safety of all pets, I regularly wash all toys, balls, and Nylonbones. I also wash all feeding bowls after every meal and water bowls at least once daily, usually more often if I have droolers. HEHE! 😂 ✅ MEDICATIONS: I can administer your pets’ medications without any additional charge. ❎ GROOMING: If daily grooming, brushing teeth, or brushing the pet’s coat is necessary, an additional fee will be applied. ✅ PUPPY/ SPECIAL SENIOR CARE BOARDING AND DAYCARE- All puppies are required to have completed their series of puppy shots before they can be boarded overnight or stay at daycare. This includes the 8, 12, and 16-week series of vaccines, which are essential for the health and safety of your puppy. If your puppy is not fully inoculated, even though all the dogs here are vaccinated, they can still get sick. For this reason, I do not take puppies under 4 months of age. ➡️HOLIDAY RATES FOR PUPPIES/ SPECIAL SENIOR CARE DOGS Additional holiday rates will be charged per day, in addition to the regular daily puppy rates. Boarding overnight and daycare in my home will cost $18.00 and a drop-in visit to your home will cost $15.00. ➡️As we all know, even though a dog is over a year old, some dogs can still exhibit puppy-like behavior. If your dog is over a year old and still puppy-like or is not completely potty-trained, I will need to charge the puppy rate. Additionally, senior dogs that are incontinent or require diapers may also be charged the puppy rate. This can be determined during our Meet & Greet. ➡️Puppies should be potty trained. If your puppy is not fully trained or senior incontinent care is required, an additional charge will be applied. While occasional accidents are normal, if the dog is still in training, it will incur the extra charge. This charge covers excess urine and feces cleaner, paper towels, and carpet cleaning with a carpet cleaning machine during and after the stay, as needed. ✅ ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE SCHEDULING - DAYCARE & BOARDING Each arrival and departure of your pet is scheduled for your convenience. A 30-minute maximum window is required for all dropoff and pickup times. This scheduling ensures that multiple pet parents don’t arrive simultaneously, allowing for availability if either you or I need to discuss your pet’s stay. If you wish to change the time, please contact me first before showing up. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs, provided there are no conflicts with other pet parents’ scheduled times. My hours of operation are between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Due to in-home care, I want to be considerate of my neighbors. Dogs will bark while dropping off and picking up your pup. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. ❌ HOLIDAY RATES Each dog are charged the current holiday rate. Unfortunately, the Rover platform does not apply the holiday rates accurately, so I will manually adjust the rates before booking to provide you with the correct holiday charges. ❎ BOARDING STAYS W/ EXTENDED TIME OVER 24 HOURS Rover boarding charges with extended care. Please review the details below carefully. As per Rover’s policy, all boarding care is limited up to 24 hours. This calculation is based on the half-dropoff time and the 24-hour period. If you require more than 24 hours of boarding care, you can opt for Extended Care, which will be added to your booking. However, it seems like there’s a system glitch at the moment, as the Rover system only adds extra care after 26 hours. I’ll manually add any additional time needed, as per Rover’s guidelines, which state that boarding care is for the first 24 hours. Extended Care rates are 50% of the boarding rates for any additional care over 24 hours, up to a maximum of 8 hours. For any extended care over 8 hours, the boarding rates are 100%. ❎ DAYCARE STAYS: I offer daycare services for up to 12 hours of care. I provide a longer daycare stay than Rover suggests (7-9 hours) for your convenience. This is why my pricing may differ from other sitters. Hourly rates are not applicable for daycare. Once a spot is booked, it’s reserved for the entire day and cannot be double-booked for that particular space. ❎ DROP-IN CARE: I only do 1 drop-in per day as allowed by my in-home scheduling care. ❌ALL RATES CHARGES: Rates serve as a starting point, but additional charges may apply based on your pet(s) specific needs. These charges will be discussed upfront during the Meet & Greet. ⭕️CANCELLATION POLICY & MODIFICATION OF STAY DATES: 7-Day Policy ⭕️ -A full refund is available if a booking is canceled or modified to shorten the stay dates by midnight ONE week before the service begins. Midnight is determined by the sitter's time zone. -If a booking is canceled or modified to shorten your stay after 12 midnight one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 canceled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days. **The cancellation policy comes into effect if you return early, want to pick up your dog, and cancel any remaining days that have already been booked.**

There is never too much information for the care of your pet(s). Thank You! *️⃣ BEFORE THEIR STAY *️⃣ To ensure an stress-free stay all dogs should have a Meet & Greet with myself & Remmi before first-time stays of either Boarding or Daycare. This is an important process to ensure you can meet with me and feel confident and comfortable leaving your loved ones & I can meet your pet and see their personality. If you are visiting from out of town, I know it’s not possible for in-person Meet & Greet. A phone or video call in place of a in-person Meet & Greet will be required. ‼️Important➖ I take dogs from different families, all dogs must be able to be in a group setting to be able to stay in our home. This is for the safety of all pets. ✅ VACCINATIONS REQUIRED: ✳️ For the Health and Safety of your pet(s) vaccines are required for pet staying at my home. I know this may be an inconvenience but, this way you know all the pets staying here are protected and that protects your dog as well. ✅ Proof of vaccines needed is RABIES, DA2PP, or DHPP, BOARDETELLA & LEPTOSPIROSIS (LEPTO) ⚠️If you have never had the BORDETELLA vaccine before you need to have it at least 4-7days before stay for it to be effective❗️ ✳️ I am not requiring CANINE INFLUENZA vaccine currently but, is highly recommended‼️ Canine flu increased greatly throughout the US recently. ✳️ if you will be visiting out great area your vet may not require LEPTO. That's ok it's more for the pets living in this area. ✅ SPAY & NEUTERED REQUIRED: ⚠️Males are required to be neutered. ⚠️ Females are required to be spayed. ❗️Will only take puppies if females are spayed and males neutered ❗️ ✅ FLEA & TICK PREVENTION is PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED: I prefer, but not required, for your pet to be on flea & tick prevention; Topical , chew, or collar. Even if your pup are indoors most of the time and just go out for potty. A flea or tick can hop on and can go for a ride indoors on your pet. I do spray monthly for all pests & scorpions but unfortunately no one can control the outside environment. ✅INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEND VACCINE, SPAY/NEUTER CERTIFICATE and FLEA & TICK prevention if used: 1️⃣➖Take a photo of the vaccines with your phone. 2️⃣➖ On the Rover app where you type the message, is a camera icon 3️⃣➖Click on that pick the photo and send ❗️Please make sure for privacy reasons not to add any personal or financial information in the photo.❗️ ✅ I do need to verify vaccines before our Meet & Greet. ✅ For out of town vacationers I need to verify vaccines before I can accept the booking. ❓QUESTIONS for ME❓ If you have any questions for me, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I feed all meals separately but on a rare occasion, I may give a treat. Will your dog be aggressive while giving treats out as a group? Can a treat be given? ❓ Is your dog Socialized and get along with other dogs outside of your family? All dogs must be able to interact and play in a group setting with other dogs. ❓ Is your dog a shy pet either in a group setting or one-on-one with another pet? ❓Can your dog be dominant or aggressive towards other dogs when playing? ❓Does your dog bark excessively toward another dog while playing? This can be interpreted as aggressive playing by another dog and this behavior can escalate to unwanted behavior between dogs. ❓Does your male or female dog tend to hump other dogs, male or female? This can escalate to unwanted behavior between dogs, especially in a group setting. Please let me know if this occurs with your dog ❓ Does your pet experience separation anxiety when left for boarding or daycare? Or when you just go to another room or leave your home for a short while? ❓Is your dog house trained? Does your male dog tend to mark in the house? ?If your male Dog marks in the home I will not be able to sit him. Are they on a potty schedule I need to follow? ❗️ I Cannot take dogs that need potty pads in the home. All dogs must be trained to go outside. Having potty pads invites other dogs to want to potty in my home. Thank you for your understanding in this matter❗️ ❓ What are your pet's sleep habits? All dogs sleep indoors. Does your pet sleep on a bed or in a crate? I have crates, beds, and blankets here for your convenience. You may bring bedding or a blanket for your pet if you prefer. More like home the better especially for 1st timers. For anxious pups please bring a t-shirt you wore recently I will add to their bedding. Which will include, one-on-one playtime fetching with a ball or tugging with a rope, If your dog or cat is a couch lover I will spend time with them on the sofa. They can sit on my lap or next to me for snuggles and pets. All care includes love, giving, and receiving kisses and hugs. Playing with other dog(s) staying with us and my girl Remmi of course. I have a very large family room where the dogs can play indoors or outdoors in our safe secure yard, weather permitting.

My husband, Vance, and I started our K-9 family about a year after we got married and bought our first home in 1996. We later sold our home and moved to St. George in late 2022. We wanted to be closer to our family and enjoy the great city and surroundings. I’ve always been a dog lover, but Vance was new to dog ownership. We were incredibly fortunate to adopt a Beagle named Bailey, a Labrador Retriever named Mason, a Vizsla named Harley, a little boy named Bogart (a mutt), an English Coonhound named Shelby Blu, and currently, a Redbone Coonhound named Remmi. Several years ago, I yearned for a career change to leave the corporate world and work from home, where I discovered Rover. It turned out to be the best career change I’ve ever made! I absolutely love what I do. Her playful spirit is evident in her distinctive “roo” bark, which she uses to express her desire to play or when something piques her interest. Remarkably, Remmi has a friendly disposition and gets along seamlessly with dogs of all sizes. She has yet to encounter a dog that she hasn’t found endearing. Boarding overnight and daycare in my home will cost $18.00 and a drop-in visit to your home will cost $15.00. ➡️As we all know, even though a dog is over a year old, some dogs can still exhibit puppy-like behavior. If your dog is over a year old and still puppy-like or is not completely potty-trained, I will need to charge the puppy rate. Additionally, senior dogs that are incontinent or require diapers may also be charged the puppy rate. This can be determined during our Meet & Greet. ➡️Puppies should be potty trained. If your puppy is not fully trained or senior incontinent care is required, an additional charge will be applied. While occasional accidents are normal, if the dog is still in training, it will incur the extra charge. This charge covers excess urine and feces cleaner, paper towels, and carpet cleaning with a carpet cleaning machine during and after the stay, as needed. ✅ ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE SCHEDULING - DAYCARE & BOARDING Each arrival and departure of your pet is scheduled for your convenience. A 30-minute maximum window is required for all dropoff and pickup times. This scheduling ensures that multiple pet parents don’t arrive simultaneously, allowing for availability if either you or I need to discuss your pet’s stay. If you wish to change the time, please contact me first before showing up. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs, provided there are no conflicts with other pet parents’ scheduled times. My hours of operation are between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Due to in-home care, I want to be considerate of my neighbors. Dogs will bark while dropping off and picking up your pup. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. ❌ HOLIDAY RATES Each dog are charged the current holiday rate. Unfortunately, the Rover platform does not apply the holiday rates accurately, so I will manually adjust the rates before booking to provide you with the correct holiday charges. ❎ BOARDING STAYS W/ EXTENDED TIME OVER 24 HOURS Rover boarding charges with extended care. Please review the details below carefully. As per Rover’s policy, all boarding care is limited up to 24 hours. This calculation is based on the half-dropoff time and the 24-hour period. If you require more than 24 hours of boarding care, you can opt for Extended Care, which will be added to your booking. However, it seems like there’s a system glitch at the moment, as the Rover system only adds extra care after 26 hours. I’ll manually add any additional time needed, as per Rover’s guidelines, which state that boarding care is for the first 24 hours. Extended Care rates are 50% of the boarding rates for any additional care over 24 hours, up to a maximum of 8 hours. For any extended care over 8 hours, the boarding rates are 100%. ❎ DAYCARE STAYS: I offer daycare services for up to 12 hours of care. I provide a longer daycare stay than Rover suggests (7-9 hours) for your convenience. This is why my pricing may differ from other sitters. Hourly rates are not applicable for daycare. Once a spot is booked, it’s reserved for the entire day and cannot be double-booked for that particular space. ❎ DROP-IN CARE: I only do 1 drop-in per day as allowed by my in-home scheduling care. ❌ALL RATES CHARGES: Rates serve as a starting point, but additional charges may apply based on your pet(s) specific needs. These charges will be discussed upfront during the Meet & Greet. ⭕️CANCELLATION POLICY & MODIFICATION OF STAY DATES: 7-Day Policy ⭕️ -A full refund is available if a booking is canceled or modified to shorten the stay dates by midnight ONE week before the service begins. Midnight is determined by the sitter's time zone. -If a booking is canceled or modified to shorten your stay after 12 midnight one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 canceled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days. **The cancellation policy comes into effect if you return early, want to pick up your dog, and cancel any remaining days that have already been booked.**

A phone or video call in place of a in-person Meet & Greet will be required. ‼️Important➖ I take dogs from different families, all dogs must be able to be in a group setting to be able to stay in our home. This is for the safety of all pets. ✅ VACCINATIONS REQUIRED: ✳️ For the Health and Safety of your pet(s) vaccines are required for pet staying at my home. Even if your pup are indoors most of the time and just go out for potty. A flea or tick can hop on and can go for a ride indoors on your pet. Does your pet sleep on a bed or in a crate? I have crates, beds, and blankets here for your convenience. You may bring bedding or a blanket for your pet if you prefer. More like home the better especially for 1st timers. For anxious pups please bring a t-shirt you wore recently I will add to their bedding. As a Pet Nanny, when your dog(s) stays in our home or dropping-in to your home for dog(s) or cat(s), I will give individual loving care for your pet. Which will include, one-on-one playtime fetching with a ball or tugging with a rope, If your dog or cat is a couch lover I will spend time with them on the sofa. They can sit on my lap or next to me for snuggles and pets. All care includes love, giving, and receiving kisses and hugs. Playing with other dog(s) staying with us and my girl Remmi of course. I have a very large family room where the dogs can play indoors or outdoors in our safe secure yard, weather permitting.
