Pet care is a natural and consistent part of my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule around dog walks and drop-in visits after school and work so that pets receive reliable, on-time care and unhurried attention. Anytime after 5pm M-F and Saturday and Sundays we are pretty open, just send a request and we will do our best to accommodate you and your fur baby. I intentionally limit the number of bookings I accept to ensure each pet (including our own fur babies) gets the time, patience, and care they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment
For dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on providing calm, attentive, and reliable care while maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I am the primary caregiver and personally handle all walks, visits, communication, and safety. My daughter may accompany me at times under my supervision and helps provide extra love and companionship, but all care decisions and responsibilities are mine. During walks, I prioritize safety first by using secure leashes, following your preferred routes, and adjusting pace and distance to your dog’s age, energy level, and comfort. Walks include positive reinforcement, sniff time, and plenty of attention. For drop-in visits, I make sure your pet is comfortable and cared for by providing fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, medication if needed, and lots of affection. I respect your home, follow all instructions carefully, and always leave things tidy. I provide regular updates with notes and photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. Every pet is treated like a member of our family, with patience, kindness, and consistency.

Information Cynthia B. would like to know about your pet
Before a visit, it’s helpful to know your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, leash or litter preferences, and any medical needs. For dogs, I like to know their walking style, energy level, and any triggers or training cues. For cats, it’s helpful to know their personality, hiding spots, and how they prefer interaction. I also appreciate details about medications, allergies, emergency contacts, and anything that helps your pet feel safe and comfortable. The more I know, the better I can provide calm, consistent, and loving care.
A typical day
I tailor activities to each pet’s personality, energy level, and comfort. For dogs, walks are more than just exercise — they include sniff time, exploring favorite routes, positive reinforcement, and plenty of praise. I adjust pace and distance based on age and energy, whether your dog loves long walks or prefers a shorter stroll with lots of stops. During drop-in visits, activities may include playtime with favorite toys, gentle games like fetch or tug (if appropriate), basic reinforcement of commands, and lots of one-on-one attention. For calmer or senior pets, we focus on companionship, affection, and keeping them comfortable and relaxed. My daughter may join me for some visits under my supervision, which often means extra enthusiasm, gentle interaction, and plenty of smiles for pets who enjoy additional attention. Above all, I prioritize safe, positive, and stress-free fun so your pet feels happy, cared for, and comfortable every time.

Pet care experience
Mom & Daughter Pet Care Team 🐾 Hi! I’m Cindy, a reliable and caring mom who has teamed up with my animal-loving daughter to provide loving, attentive care for your pets. We treat every animal like part of our family and understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone you trust. I am the primary caregiver and fully responsible for all services, scheduling, communication, and safety. My daughter joins me for walks and visits when appropriate, under my supervision, and absolutely adores spending time with animals. She has grown up around pets and is gentle, patient, and respectful of their needs. We’re especially great with dogs who enjoy extra attention, calm companionship, and consistency. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or overnight care, your pet will be safe, loved, and well cared for. I’m happy to answer any questions and always offer a meet-and-greet so you can feel completely comfortable.

Reviews

Cynthia was incredible. I was visiting from out of town and she made every effort to be accommodating and welcome. She has such a nice manner with dogs and my dog bonded with her instantly. She is flexible with pick-up and drop off locations and times. She did a mix of walking and having my dog in her house to play with her dog. Her daughter is also around to play with the dogs. Highly recommend Cynthia!

Lupin was beside herself excited when we pulled up outside Cynthia’s house. She knows she’ll have raucous play and sweet snuggles and all the best care. So lovely to leave her somewhere she’s genuinely happy to be.

Lupin loves staying with Cindy, Kate and especially Bubba! They are so attentive and wonderfully communicative. I never have to wonder how things are going and I really appreciate that. We will book with them anytime we're in the Bay Area!

Cynthia was so kind to walk my dog very last second. She was booked for a 30-minute walk but walked my dog for 45 minutes! She took lots of photos and was very responsive with updates. I would 100% request her again in the future.
