My house is one level with a great layout and lots of natural light. There is a large window that sits low, so the dogs can hang out and watch outside. There are various sizes of dog beds or couches. I can put up gates to give older or smaller dogs quiet time. There is plenty of room to play as well. I can see the dogs at all times. All dogs get walked, 3times if staying 24 hrs, and twice for daycare. I take the responsibility of being a caregiver very seriously and will give your pup all of my care and love. I'm comfortable caring for for dogs who need medications, and am happy to care for dogs of all ages, but definitely do best with active dogs who can go outside. I love hiking and taking dogs on adventures around our area. We mostly do hikes/walks in the forest. Since this is my full-time job, the dogs are never alone for more then a few hours. I have a couple of crates for dogs that need them or prefer them. We live on a couple of acres with a fenced yard. When the dogs are in the yard I am with them. We go on adventures to Eno, Triangle Land Conservancy, the Quarry, Carolina North, and the woods in my neighborhood. I'll treat your dog like they are mine.

Please let me know if your dog has allergies, can they have treats? Do they swallow stuffing, or squekers. Where they like to sleep and if they burrow and need a blanket, or just crash on one of the dog beds/couch.
A typical day
See above. In addition to all those places we also walk on Bolin Creek trail (4 mile paved trail from Carrboro to Chapel Hill). It is a great place for your dog to improve on passing other dogs.

Hello there, I am a dedicated pet owner and sitter. I have been working with dogs since I was 11, when I was given my first dog(not the family dogs). I'm happiest when working with dogs and am passionate about giving your pups the best experience. I have 2 Labrador's, a 5 year old named Hollis. She is chilled and so very tolerant with young and old alike. Then there is Amani the 18 month old, who will play with any dog, large and small(she lays down to play with small dogs). Both of my girls were raised in taprooms as that was my previous occupation. Because of this they are accepting of all kinds of dogs. If your dog wants to cuddle Hollis will accommodate, she will babysit too. Both of the girls are confident and reassuring on walks and hikes. I was raised around animals, and am very passionate and dedicated to them. I was a vet tech for large and small animals, so I'm comfortable giving meds and shots. I am also a licensed equine massage therapist, and a horse trainer. I have had all kinds of dogs from a Jack Russell to a Sheltie mix, to German Shepards. They have all been trained to go off leash. Knowing what to expect and take the necessary precautions, I believe is paramount to the wellbeing and happiness of your dog.
