Cynthia is a quintessential dog grandma. She has a great system for caring for these small bundles of joy and ensuring their safety. My Beans loved her backyard, lots to sniff. And the cuddles with the other dogs on the couch. Cynthia is a wonderful peace of mind.

Cynthia was wonderful in watching our 2 little girls. She kept us abreast of how they were doing and sent plenty of pictures while we were gone. I would highly recommend Cynthia to watch your little ones as the need arises. We will definitely use her again in the future for our pet care needs .

Cynthia has a very dog friendly home. She took care of Nash and other dogs as if they were her own. Our dog returned home like he had the best vacation ever!

We've just booked our second stay for our baby boy. Not so baby, 8 years old. MS. C in gentle and kind. She kept us updated daily. She has a beautiful enclosed yard. There maybe another trip this season, if she's available we'll book again.

We are first time Rover users. Our dog is 13 yrs old Bichon and is very well behaved and trained. We would not recommend Cynthia unless you are ok with poor communication and allowing her to do things to your dog like place belly bands and soaking their dog food in chicken broth (our dog has severe allergies to chicken), without the consent of the owners. Cynthia never reached out to ask us for permission to place a belly band on our dog. She also didn’t tell us that he didn’t eat for 5 days. We could of suggested a alternative but that discussion never happened. Cynthia confused my dog and I with other owners. She couldn’t remember my name or my dogs over the three encounters we had. She also said she didn’t personally own a dog when she did (profile inaccurate). She also said she had a limit of 4 dogs and there were 5 present upon arrival. The house had training pads all over and there was dog poop accidents all over. My dog was groomed 1 week prior to arrival to Cynthia’s and when we picked him up he smelled like a barn due to the belly band. This is not how I wanted to spend my time after traveling all day, washing a dog saturated in urine. It took our dog 3 days to get readjusted and start to eat again. He was having multiple accidents all over our house for the first time. Cynthia didn’t listen to one thing I shared with regarding my dog, she only confused him more. This was not a good fit. She communicated poorly and did whatever she wanted. She only sent us 2 photos. None of the concerns were brought up via text or call. Makes sense why she wants small dogs so they can defecate and pee on pads and use belly bands in her home. If you’re ok with that type of care, but this was not how a geriatric dog should be treated. He was scared and confused. Very disappointed.

Cynthia did a great job with Max and Gracie. Would use her again.
