I have been professionally pet sitting for 7 years now. I have just recently re-opened my books for new clients which is why my reviews are not recent. I can provide recent client references upon request. Before pet sitting, I worked in a veterinarian office for a short time and received training that I can bring into this job too. I had to be good under pressure and in a crisis on that job, so you’ll know I’m prepared for anything to happen. I also learned restraint techniques and oral medication administration. I’ve owned dogs my whole life and I always want what’s best for them, not me, when interacting with them. I’m excited to hang out with new pups and make their lives better and happier! I have 2 Boston terriers at home, one with reactivity, so I know how to handle that too. Please note that my housesitting rate includes 8-10 hours overnight and checkins throughout the day to provide food, water, and potty breaks. I am not usually away from your home more than 6 hours at a time (up to 8 max), but the checkins during the day may be as short as 15 minutes. I do not guarantee much time throughout the day, but I usually spend a couple hours in the morning and evening hanging out and playing with your pups. I am unable to provide constant care due to other responsibilities.

I am always careful when entering and leaving as one of my own dogs used to be an escape artist. I am diligent with crating if dogs are trained for that.

Cyndie has been coming over to let my dog out 3x a week for the last 2 1/2- 3 years. She is the best!
Did everything I asked of her, plus consistently sent me pictures of my cats during my trip which made me feel very re assured. Will continue to book with her!

Cydnie, is awesome. I typically book her sister, Colleen, she wasn't available, so I booked with Cydnie. She was great, sent pictures and the dogs seemed to love her. Their parents should be proud, they have two amazing great kids and I would recommence them to anyone for house/pet sitting. It nice to know I have two options now.

Programa
I cannot promise a certain number of hours I will spend at your house during the day, but I will never be gone longer than what you tell me your pet is comfortable with, and I can accommodate their normal feeding times. If they can go 6-8 hours alone at a time, that is fantastic, but I may be able to work with you if they need more frequent potty breaks. Most of the time spent at your house may be overnight, but these days I do usually spend a chunk of my evening there too.
