I've been around animals my entire life. I grew up only having cats (with around 4-5 in the house at a time), but I also got lots of exposure to caring for dogs thanks to friends and family. I currently have two cats with my partner. I'm that person that makes friends with the family pet whenever they visit someone's house! I can promise that I will make sure your fuzzy children are well fed, loved, and entertained while you're away! My default is to send daily updates and pictures to help you feel reassured about your pet's care and well being. I understand the anxiety of leaving your pets at home alone while you're on a trip. My job is to help you get that peace of mind while you relax/work/do what you need to do!

Safety, trust & environment
I'm very attentive to detail, and will check to make sure that your pet's environment maintains the same level of safety and comfort as when you left it. I'll clean up spills, mess, accidents, anything that needs to be done to keep your baby happy, safe, and comfortable. They're members of the family, after all! I typically like to get an understanding of your pet's behaviors and tendencies before you leave, so that I can feel prepared to react to any unlikely unexpected situation that may arise. I also keep the numbers of varying animal hospitals and urgent care on hand, and would appreciate having your pet's vet information to ensure their health and safety while you're away. ❤️

Cydnie took care of our two 17-year old cats for the first time recently. The moment she entered our house, one of the cats went right up to her and the other did the same after a short amount of time. She has grounded, open, friendly cat (and people!) energy. She's experienced and didn't bat an eye at managing one of our cat's medication administration needs despite the challenges when he often manages to bypass the pills no matter how well we hide them in his food and treats! She was comfortable and competent in pill popping as a last resort as needed. She respected our cats' preferences regarding how they wanted to be approached from visit to visit and was patient with the one who was a bit shy the first few days. By the final few days, he was following her around seeking her attention 💕. Cydnie was respectful of our home. We felt completely comfortable and reassured as we left for our trip, knowing that our boys were in good hands. Her reports and multiple photos with each visit gave us details that kept us feeling that way. We will most definitely employ Cydnie again for future needs and we highly recommend her. Schedule
🐾 Schedule update 🐾 I now work 5 days a week in office. My availability is now much more limited, but I have time for bookings on the weekends and in the evenings after work. I am no longer taking dog walking clients at this time.
