Cy was very responsive by text and sent a photo of our dog so we could see how he was doing. We didn't know exactly how long we would be and Cy was flexible with pickup, allowing us to relax and enjoy our evening. We appreciated knowing our boy could play with other dogs and that he was in good hands. Recommend!
