Hi! My name is Crystal and I’m excited to be your next pet-sitter! I have always loved caring for the pets of friends and family and I want to extend that care to your pets. I have experience with a diverse range of pet personalities from anxious to very charismatic. I have walked and looked after the dogs of friends and family, being a trusted guardian in those days where they just needed a little extra support in caring for their furry friend. I’ve also always loved cats but ever since being a cat aunt, I’ve fallen in love with cat sitting! I will have conversations with you about what makes your pet the most comfortable and what signs or behaviours I should be mindful of. My first priority will always be to make sure your loved one is feeling safe and comfortable. Always happy to give frequent updates if owner wishes.

Crystal was amazing with our two senior dogs, Coco and Vivian. She planned everything ahead of time and also accommodated our booking less than a week heads up! She kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the day. You could tell she genuinely cared about them. She took them on great walks, fed them on schedule, and even stayed longer bf/after walk. Vivian ended up napping on her lap 😻. Crystal was communicative, responsible, and clearly loves dogs. We felt completely at ease leaving our girls with her. Would absolutely book again!
Thanks for taking care of Phoebe, she must have been pretty relaxed to be snoozing easily when we got back! We’ll book again next time we’re in town

Schedule
I’m currently a graduate student pursuing my second Master’s of Science! I completed my MSc in Medical Genetics at UBC in 2025 and am working towards finishing a degree in Genetic Counselling. As a busy student, I find joy in the little moments that I get to spend with others pets and caring for them. I fit pet-sitting into my schedule by visiting in the early morning and evenings. I tend to be flexible Tuesdays, Thursdays, and during the weekends.
