Specializing in Rescues & Seniors! My name is Crystal, and I love animals. I would be delighted to travel to your home and spend time with your furry family member, day or night. I grew up with dogs and am currently a kitty parent, so am familiar with pet etiquette, feeding, playing with, and generally comforting animals of any age. There is little I enjoy more than spending time with animals. I would always be reachable by phone and/or email for check-ins, and would be happy to send you snapshots of your furbabe(s) at play, so you can be sure s/he is having a great time with me. I am also willing and able to reinforce any training practices you have established with your animal. Contact me with any questions you may have!

Crystal was great with our pets and provided lots of updates while we were gone! Our cat and dog were in great hands.
Crystal did an excellent job watching our pups. She was super responsive and kept us updated on our pups well being. We know our dogs enjoyed their time with Crystal and would hire her again anytime!
We had a wonderful experience with Crystal. Our cat is a little older and has a few specific dietary and teeth needs. She's also very settled in our home and greatly prefers visitors in her home then visiting others. Carol was comfortable and cuddly and very well taken care of.
Crystal did an amazing job with a very clingy dog and a noise phobic dog. She was so helpful when we had some unexpected house issues. She tracked down a noisy smoke detector that was in need of a new battery while dealing with our very noise phobic pup. On top of that she went above and beyond to get our scared girl out to potty. Her communication was excellent. We came home to two happy dogs and an extremely clean home. Crystal was so thoughtful in the way she left the house. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Schedule
i am available for drop-in care for most animals as well, with the exception of dogs left alone overnight, as i believe it safest to provide overnight supervision/access for all dogs under my care.

- before confirming a booking with a new client and animal, i will come to your home to meet you all and discuss the details of your pet's care and daily life - so we know we're a good fit! walking routine, medication and health information, time able to be home alone, and all behavioral "quirks" are very important for me to know. many animals who've been rescued/adopted live with separation anxiety, food/stranger reactivity (chronic survival mode), and fear of loud/sudden noises, among other "triggers". "senior" animals often lose their vision and/or hearing as part of aging, and need extra reassurance, as well as specific cues (verbal or non) to go about their day. i make a point to know as much as i can about my animal friends, so i can care for their individual needs and anticipate any complications!
